IF THE VEHICLE IS NOT STILL UNDER THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY, THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO VEHICLES THAT ARE UP TO 10 YEARS OLD AND HAVE AS MANY AS 100,000 MILES!

     
     POWER TRAIN SYSTEMS:
    
     ENGINE:  Block, Cylinder Head, Engine & all Internal Parts, Flywheel (only on cars with automatic transmission), Fuel Pump, Manifolds, Radiators, Rotary Engine Housing, Water Pump,Timing Chains,Timing Belt,Pullys and Cover, Oil Pump and Gears, Valve Covers, Oil Pan, Fly Wheel, Harmonic Balancer, Engine Mounts, Seals and Gaskets, Turbo Charger Housing; however, Housing, engine block, and cylinder heads are covered items only if damaged by the falure of an internal lubricated part.
    
     TRANSMISSION:  The transmission case and all internal parts including the torque converter, vacum modulator, tranmission mounts, seals and gaskets.  Excludes manual clutch, pressure plate, throw-out bearings, clutch master or slave cylinders.
    
     DRIVE AXLE:  Axle Shaft, Front and Rear Drive Axle, Housing including all internal parts, Propeller, Shaft, Universal Joints, CV Joints, Front Hub Bearings, Seals and Gaskets.
    
    

DURATION:   0 TO 24,000 MILES -           3 MONTHS - 3000 MILES WHICHEVER OCCURS FIRST. 
                     24,001 TO 60,000 MILES -   2 MONTHS - 2000 MILES WHICHEVER OCCURS FIRST.
                     60,001 TO 100,000 MILES - 1 MONTH - 1000 MILES WHICHEVER OCCURS FIRST.
   
ALL WORK MUST BE DONE BY SELLING DEALER. A DEDUCTIBLE OF $50 IS TO BE PAID BY THE CONSUMER FOR EACH REPAIR OF A COVERED ITEM.
    

We require a $500 non-refundable deposit via Paypal within 24 hours of auctions close.  This will hold the car up to 7 days while you gather your funds or finalize your financing.  Any financing arrangements are strictly between you and the lender and do not impact your contract to purchase the vehicle.  The deposit is not refundable if you change your mind or if you cannot obtain financing on the vehicle.  Should you need us to hold the car beyond the week, we ask for a deposit of $500 for every $10,000 of vehicle value.  This will protect you as well as us.  Please call us at (973) 513-9023 before bidding to inquire about any special arrangements outside of the terms listed above.
