THIS SALE WILL BE BY "BILL OF SALE" ( I DO HAVE AN OLD CALIFORNIA TITLE FOR THE LANCIA, BUT IT IS SIGNED OFF BY 2 OWNERS BACK AND NEVER SENT INTO CALIFORNIA) MAKE SURE YOUR STATE WILL EXCEPT A "NOTARIZED BILL OF SELL". THE OLD CALIFORNIA TITLE SHOULD COMPLETE A PAPER TRAIL.

ON EMISSION EQUIPMENT, THE SMOG PUMP AND RAILS ARE MISSING, IT LOOKS LIKE A CATALYTIC CONVERTER IS THERE, BUT DO NOT KNOW THE CONDITION OR IF IT REALLY IS A CATALYTIC CONVERTER.

THE WINDSHIELD HAS A 18" CRACK DOWN THE DRIVERS SIDE, REPLACEMENT WINDSHIELDS RUN ABOUT $420.00 PLUS FREIGHT.

FRONT BUMPER, GRILL, AND FRONT HEADLIGHT COVERS ARE NOT ATTACHED PROPERLY, AFTER THE CAR WAS PAINTED, THEY WERE NOT SCREWED ON RIGHT. THE HEADLIGHTS DO WORK BOTH ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICALLY (EASY FIX)

THE TOP IS NEW BUT HAS A PIN HOLE IN IT AND THE MECHANICAL HAS A WIRE BROKEN (AGAIN, EASY FIX).

BRAKE LIGHTS, TURN SIGNALS, WIPERS, DASH SWITCHES AND SPEEDOMETER DO NOT WORK (LIKE MENTIONED ABOVE, I DO NOT THINK THEY WERE HOOKED UP RIGHT AFTER PAINT JOB.

RADIO AND SPEAKERS ARE MISSING ALONG WITH REAR VIEW MIRROR. INTERIOR OVERALL IS NICE, BUT NEEDS WORK TO BRING IT UP TO THE REST OF THE SCORPION.
