It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.

The winning bidder must make contact within 24 hours of auction close, supply a $500 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of auction close and make arrangements for vehicle pickup. If you choose to fly in to pick up your new vehicle, we can bring you from the local airport(GSO) to the vehicle at no cost. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Wire Transfer and Cashiers Checks are the preferred method of payment. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, you can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`. If you are not sure about something, Please ASK. Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.

Fee and Tax Information:
All Buyers, INCLUDING DEALERS, will pay a $295 title processing fee,30-day permit, airport pickup and delivery to shipping terminal. This fee is non-negotiable. North Carolina residents must pay sales tax, tags and title fees. Out of State buyers will pay taxes in their home state. By winning the bid on this item, you are buying it.
