We accept PayPal only. Please pay for the item through the eBay auction, do not send us a payment. Just click on the "Pay Now" button from your "My eBay" page to redirect you to checkout, or follow the checkout link that will be sent via email when the auction ends.  If payment is not received after 7 days, an unpaid item dispute will be opened. 

Sales Tax:  We collect 7% sales tax for all orders shipped to Illinois.

We offer Free Shipping on most items over $99 (large & heavy item surcharges may still apply). Most items ship 1-3 business days within receipt of order. Some items may take longer depending on the location of the warehouse.  We ship via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground for most orders within the 50 U.S. states. When your order has shipped, we will email you a confirmation notice.

Please note special circumstances:

• Some oversize/heavy items carry a shipping surcharge in addition to the regular shipping rate. 
• Orders to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via USPS at the same shipping price quoted in the listing. If you would like to have your order to be shipped FedEx Ground, please provide a street address.
• Orders to APO/FPO addresses will be shipped primarily via Priority Mail (Parcel Post will be used for orders over 30 lbs.). Hazardous items cannot be shipped via Priority Mail or off-shore via FedEx.
• We do not offer combined shipping at this time.

Warranty:  Most products are warranted against manufacturer defects for 90 days unless otherwise specified. Warranty is void if an item is altered, misused or installed improperly. All Bike Super Shop is not liable for any direct or indirect consequential damage of any kind.

Return Policy:  We accept returns on unused items within 60 days for a replacement or refund of purchase, whichever you prefer (excluding shipping charges). Electronic items are limited to a 15 day return. Returned merchandise must be returned according to the instructions on your invoice, including all original packaging, paperwork and properly packed to avoid damage. If the mistake was ours we will refund normal ground shipping charges only. Credits or exchanges can't be issued for improperly packed items. Returned merchandise may be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Used or incomplete returns can't be accepted. No returns or refunds will be accepted on painted, "Custom" or "special order items, so please order carefully and pre-fit parts before painting.

Helmet Returns: When you ship the helmet back make sure it is in the helmet bag and in the display box and packed in an additional outside shipping carton with adequate packaging. It is best to use the shipping carton we shipped you the helmet in if possible. The shield cover must be intact as well as all tags and manufacturer"!s warranty material. The helmet must be in new and unused condition.

How to Make a Return:  Fill out the return paperwork on the back of your invoice and include with your return. Use the preprinted return label on the bottom right corner of your invoice or address your return to the following address:

Ship your return prepaid.  All Bike SuperShop recommends Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS. Please obtain the tracking # from the carrier.

Typically it takes 3-5 business days to process a returned item once it has been received at our warehouse. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once we have received your return. Certain items shipped from the manufacturer must be inspected by the original shipper (Manufacturer) before the credit is issued which may require additional time before credit can be issued. The return credit will be applied to your Paypal account.
