Out of State Buyers
Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state.

Taxes and Fees
In state buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and documentary fees. Our documentation fee is $50 and $90 adminstration fee in addition to all purchase price. All sales transactions must be completed within 5 days of auction close. All vehicles are subject to the Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax (VIT). It is based on .002028of the purchase price of the vehicle. Ex: $10,000x.002047=$20.28 / TOTAL $10,020.28

Deposit
Winning bidders must submit $500 deposit within 1 business day of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. the remaining balance (including fees and taxes) will be due within 5 calender days within the close of the auction. All financial transaction must be complete before delivery of the vehicle. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder. Title information Hi line Motors is a licensed and bonded dealer in the State of Texas and gurantee a clean title on all our vehicle. In Texas, most titles are held as collateral with the lein holder. Therefore in some cases the title may not be present at the time of delivery. While we ususally have the titles in our possession, there are occasions when we may be waiting for them to arrive. Titles will be sent to our buyers via overnight delivery for proper tracking. Thank you for your patience and understanding. All vehicles that we auction have a clean and clear titles (no salvage, flood, or reconditioned titles).

Auction Policies
Customers with zero or negative feedback on eBay Motors please contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your bid. Understand this is only to protect the integrity of the auction. Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 5 calendar days. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder.

Notice to Buyers Hi Line Motors have the right to cancel bids and end auction early in the event a vehicle is no longer available for sale.

 Please note: we operate by appointment only. We need 48 hour notice prior to picking up vehicle. Due to our high volume of vehicle sales we can no longer offer airport pick up. We are located about 20 minutes from DFW Airport. You can take a shuttle service for about $25.00 or Taxi for about $35.00. Transportation to our location is solely the purchasers responsibility. We are open Monday thru Friday From 10:00am to 6:00pm (all pick ups and deliveries must be completed during these hours). Please read our terms fully to be aware of all additional charges and policies.

Please understand we sell a large number of vehicles so we ask you read the ad very closely before calling. We try to have all questions answered in the add. We will not respond to e-mails if the information requested is in the add. The best way to contact us is by phone not e-mail. E-mails are usually responded to within 24-48 hrs. We try to describe vehicles as accurately as possible, but are not responsible for any errors in the listing. Please look at the pictures as they are the actual pictures of vehicle. If the written description varies from the picture, what you see in the picture is correct. All items that go with the vehicle will be in the pictures. If you do not see certain items in the pictures (i.e.: floor mats, CD cartridges,Books, remotes, spare keys, etc) then we do not have them.. Please understand these are used vehicles, and may have a few minor imperfections that are not noted in the ad such as: minor door dings, paint rock chips, minor rock chips in windshield, minor scratches, wheel scuffs, minor stains to interior. If there are any major dents or damage it will be noted in the pictures.

We want this transaction to be smooth and pleasant for both of us. A happy buyer is a well educated buyer, so if you are in doubt, ask us (prior to bidding on  the vehicle).

Please keep in mind we have the cars for sale at our dealership. We have the right to end the auction early.
