Monroe Motorcars accepts cashiers checks, certified funds, or verified drafts from known/approved financial institutions. We also accept payment from a select list of online lenders. Vehicles purchased must be paid in full within 3-business days following auction close. Payments made through Pay-Pal are limited to $1,000.00 per vehicle.

All buyers pay a $145.00 administrative fee and $37.25 documentary fee. Vehicle Inventory tax is calculated at 0.21% (that equates to $21.00 per $10,000 spent). Texas buyers must pay 6.25% sales tax plus applicable TX fees. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their own taxes, registration, etc. in their own states.

This vehicle is pre-owned with wear and tear consistent of the year and mileage with items to include (body dings/dents, paint scrapes, paint scratches, paint work, cracks in plastic/glass components, rip/tears in interior, alloy wheel curb rash, odors, etc.) We take numerous high resolution photos of our vehicles at multiple angles.  Oftentimes, vehicle imperfections may not fully appear due to automatic digital resizing.  If you are unsure of the vehicle's condition or have specific questions as to items seen in photos or not present, please contact us.

Our vehicle are sold "AS-IS" and ..WHERE-IS... Manufacturer..s warranties may still apply. An extended warranty may be available, please contact us toll free at 1-888-7-MONROE for details. No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage.

Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. All vehicles are sold with one master key; additional keys maybe available. Other items not guaranteed with sale to include but not limited to floor mats, books/manuals, CD cartridges, navigation discs, interior accessories (i.e. windscreens, convertible boots, etc).

Pre-Sale inspections are encouraged. Vehicles can be inspected only on dealership grounds by a third party at customer's expense during normal business hours. All vehicles are sold "AS-IS" and ..WHERE-IS.. and subject to sustained unibody/frame damage as seller makes no claim to previous accident history unless otherwise specified in writing. Complimentary copies of CAR-FAX History reports are available upon request. Post-Sale inspections are not allowed and not recognized as means to withdrawal from binding obligations. Please allow 48 hours advance notice to schedule an inspection.

All internet sales take place in Dallas County, of Dallas, Texas and will be governed by the laws of that jurisdiction, the state courts of which shall have sole jurisdiction over any disputes related directly or indirectly to the Buyer's Purchase of said vehicle. All vehicles are sold in accordance with the laws of Texas. Any disputes arising from a vehicle transaction shall be settled in accordance with the laws of Texas, and will be tried in Dallas County, Texas regardless of transaction medium.

Online Bidders are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle described above. If you do not intend to purchase this item, DO NOT BID!

We require a non-refundable deposit of $500.00 USD for all Buyers purchasing a vehicle through eBay. Monroe Motorcars, Inc. hereby agrees in consideration of payment of said non-refundable deposit to withdraw vehicle from the market until transfer title to Buyer upon receipt of the remaining amount due. Buyer hereby agrees to terms and will not dispute non-refundable deposit as a chargeback or unauthorized charge.

Unqualified Bidding, Deadbeat Bidders, Auction Interference, Shill Bidding, or any form of harassment can be subject to legal prosecution.

We reserve the right to cancel bid(s) and/or our auction(s) as our inventory is advertised for sale locally.
