     Deposit of $1000 must be paid within 24 hours of auction close. Items will not be available for pickup or shipping until full payment is received and cleared by our local bank. Buyer has 3 days to pay for item in full. The items are covered by manufacturers warranties only. Some items will have extensions of the Manufacturer warranties, and you will be made aware of those instances. If an item is returned for any reason, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping and the item will be in the same condition as when it was shipped. The buyer will be responsible for Insurance coverage on the item the moment the item leaves our facility. We offer financing through Manufactures Finance facilities and other National major lenders.  Please see the Buyers Assistance section for a link. Until the reserve is met or the "Buy It Now" is used for purchase, we reserve the right to remove this listing due to on-site sales. 

    Fee and Tax Information:
    The buyer will have Thirty Days from the date of purchase to register the car in their state of residence. We will issue a Temporary Tag that will cover that time period. There are no further charges except a documentary fee of $199.50 that will be added to your final buying price.
