We do not reveal our reserve prices...after all this is an auction. We will consider offers to end our auctions early but save us both time and effort by making reasonable offers. We offer our vehicles at substantial savings from our retail asking prices and well below Kelly Blue Book.

If you are the high bidder at the end of the auction and the vehicle has met our reserve price or was offered at NO RESERVE you own this vehicle. If you choose the Buy It Now Option the auction will be ended early and you own this vehicle. By bidding on this vehicle you are entering into a legally binding contract. Please make sure that you agree with and completely understand all of our terms and conditions. If you bid on this vehicle, that means you agree with and will be able to follow through with all of our terms and conditions. You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in this auction.

Payment and Financing:

3.    If you are the high bidder at the end of this auction and the vehicle has met reserve, you must contact us within 24 hours to set up payment arrangements. A $1000 non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of auction end. You can pay your deposit by PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, money order, cashier..s check, cash or other agreed upon methods. If the deposit is not received within the required timeframe and alternative arrangements have not been made, the vehicle can be made available for sale to the next buyer or be relisted. The remaining balance is due within 4 days of auction end. We do not accept PayPal or credit cards for the full payment. Cashier's check, loan check, bank wire, money order or cash in person only. If financial transactions are not completed in the time period stated above, you will risk losing your deposit. All funds must have cleared prior to delivery or shipment unless alternative arrangements have been made.

If you are planning to finance this vehicle you must secure the loan or pre-approval prior to bidding. You should secure finances and be able to follow through with payment before you bid. We offer financing options but it is the responsibility of the buyer to secure the financing for the vehicle and any related expenses. The credit markets have become a bit more challenging so please do not assume anything.

Vehicle Inspections:

4.    We welcome, encourage and recommend potential buyers to inspect and test drive the vehicle prior to purchase. If you choose to inspect a vehicle yourself or have it done by a licensed professional you will do so at your own expense. We will work with you to complete the process but please give us at least 24 hours notice. If you are an eBay customer inspections should be conducted before bidding begins and auction ends.

Pre-owned Vehicles:

5.     Please remember you are viewing a PRE-OWNED vehicle. This means there will be normal wear and tear associated with the vehicle..s age, mileage and use by the previous owner including but not limited to the following issues: scratches, stone chips, windshield stone chips, wheel scuffs, refinished bumper covers, paint touchups, previous paintwork, tire and wheel wear, brake wear, suspension wear, mechanical wear (normal for mileage), door dings, required maintenance, seating surfaces, carpets, headliners, steering wheels, dash boards, door panels etc. Please take into consideration the age and mileage of any pre-owned vehicle to manage expectations regarding its condition. We recondition most of our vehicles by removing dents, repairing rims, refinishing bumper covers as well as refreshing the interiors of our vehicles if necessary. We do not guarantee inspection on any vehicle for any state. Vehicle is purchased with any inspection shown in the photos only.

We do not guarantee any audio or video equipment that may be in this vehicle unless otherwise stated. That includes stereos, CD players, speakers, TVs, VCRs, or DVD players. We also do not guarantee that the vehicle comes with all the keys, remotes, fobs, navigation discs, video headsets, floor mats, CD magazines, wind deflectors, owner..s manuals etc. unless otherwise stated. Carfax and Autocheck

7.     Our company runs a Carfax or Autocheck vehicle history report for every vehicle we sell. If one of these reports is important to you and it is not linked to or included in our listing feel free to ask. We will gladly furnish you with a free copy via fax or email. We do not guarantee the accuracy of vehicle history reports. Any reference, copy or link to a vehicle history report furnished by us is based upon the report we received when we purchased that particular vehicle. It is possible for subsequent reports to contain new or conflicting information due to errors or additional information being added to reports. Information contained in vehicle history reports can be erroneous. Vehicle history reports can be misleading. Internet vehicle history reports are not a substitute for a professional inspection. We encourage buyers to confirm vehicle history reports through their own independent inspection.

Deposits :

8.    Due to the fact that we often have multiple prospective buyers for the same vehicle, CARSTRADA Inc. will not hold a vehicle without a non-refundable deposit and a signed bill of sale. Without this deposit, all vehicles will remain advertised, listed and available for sale.

Binding Arbitration Agreement :

9.     All customers will sign a Binding Arbitration Agreement.

Warranty :

10.    All vehicles is being sold AS-is, where is with no warranty expressed, written or implied however many of our vehicles come with the balance of the factory warranty. Please call your local franchise dealership with the VIN # of the vehicle and confirm warranty coverage details and expiration dates. Furthermore most of our vehicles qualify for extended warranties at an additional cost. Please contact us for details and costs related to these warranties if you are interested. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle and to have satisfied him self or her self as to the condition and value and to bid or purchase upon that judgment solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer..s request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of oral statements about the vehicle.

Licensed, Bonded and Insured

11.    CARSTRADA Inc. is a Florida licensed, bonded and insured automobile dealership. It is imperative that you protect yourself and only buy from a licensed dealer to have the protection and recourse you may need. Buying through a licensed dealer gives you as a consumer certain rights and ensures your protection from title fraud and other problems encountered in private party automotive transactions.

Legal Dispute: Choice of Venue and Law

12.    Purchaser and Seller agree that any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Florida law and that any suit must be brought by filing in Broward County, Florida regardless of whether the vehicle was picked up in our showroom or delivered to your door or office.

Sales Tax, DMV and Documentation (Dealer) Fees.

14.    Florida residents are required to pay state sales tax , title transfer fees, registration fees, and license plate fees. Dealers are required by law to collect these fees and process all of this paperwork at the DMV for the buyer. All of these fees are regulated by the state. Title transfer, registration fees and license plate fees vary by person and birth date, so we charge a flat rate of $399. Non-Florida residents are to pay their state..s sales tax to the state of Florida if they are not shipping the vehicle. Florida law requires that we collect sales tax from any person buying a car and driving it through the state of Florida. Most states allow a tax credit and you won..t pay the tax again in your own state. There are a few exceptions so if you have questions about your state..s policies please contact us and we will be glad to get you that information. If you are having the vehicle shipped your state..s sales tax, title transfer fees, registration fees, and license plate fees are to be paid by you in your state. We do not have to collect these fees for cars being shipped out of the state of Florida. All eBay buyers are to pay a $399.00 documentation, listing and prep fee. All of these fees are non negotiable.

Pick-up:

15.    If you want to come to pick up the vehicle we will meet you at the Miami or Ft-Lauderdale airport or nearby train or bus station. This service is a courtesy and is free of charge. Please give us an advance notice.
