Clearance items will need to be returned to the manufacturer. You must contact Moddersmart.com for the Return Authorization number within 3 days. Customer is responsible for the return shipping charges incurred. Moddersmart.com only covers the cost of sending customer a replacement item. ALL shipping and processing fees are NON refundable under all circumstances, no exceptions. An RMA number must be assigned to All returned merchandise. All items returned for credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will refuse the merchandise returned without an RMA number.
