Payment Types: Cash for in person transactions, Certified Funds, or Wire only. Please inquire if your type of payment is not listed or you aren't sure it will qualify . All funds including Certified funds are verified with your bank or a branch of that bank . We do pull one credit file if your paying cash to verify no fraud issues or other issues and to verify indentity. We may ask for references, copy of your drivers license and other information to be sure were dealing with the actual individual purchasing the car.   

Fees: Out of State
Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state. We do collect the price you have bid or we have agreed upon plus a $389 dealer documentation fee regardless of year, make ,model of vehicle or if paying cash , finance or lease. ATTN: OUT OF COUNTRY/FOREIGN PURCHASERS: You will be required to pay Georgia sales tax even though you are not titling the car in Georgia. The state of Georgia does not recognize an out of country /foreign purchase as tax exempt. If the car is sold to and paperwork is done in the name of a person with a valid US drivers license with a valid USA address/county then we would not require Georgia sales tax as Georgia considers and out of state (USA) purchase as tax excempt EXCEPT for the state of New Jersey as we are a registered dealer in the state of New Jersey. AGAIN IF YOU ARE PURCHASING A CAR FOR EXPORT TO ANOTHER COUNTRY UNLESS YOU ARE HAVING THE PAPERWORK DONE IN THE NAME

Taxes and Fees:

If wire or overnighted deposit is not received within 48 hours then car will be considered for sale and can be sold /will be sold if another eBay customer, retail customer.

Deposit:
We require a $500 deposit within 48 hours of winning the auction. Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment. We will provide at our expense a Fedex Account number to overnight the deposit. All deposits must be cash, wire or certified funds drawn on a local verifiable bank or credit union in your area.

Buyer Pickup:
A representative from our dealership can be available for pickup at area airports when necessary. Buyers must schedule pickup prior to making travel arrangements.
