MUST GO 5 FEMA Travel trailers.

 

These are 32 ft in length. They require a 2 5/16 ball . They are bumper pulled... NOT 5th wheels. They are equipped w/ Electric Brakes and Emergency Brakes!! These are park models!! Meaning no holding tanks, but most parks are equipped with utility hookups!! but if you want to get a portable waste tank, you can purchase one from a Recreational Vehicle Dealer for about $150!!

Master Bedroom

Is a private bedroom!! Has a Queen Sized Bed with a storage compartment underneath mattress. One full length closet and a night stand w/ a storage area. The bedroom also has a circulation vent for the central heating and air conditioning unit. Has 2 lights. Also equipped with phone jack, cable television jack, and 2 electric outlets. And a fire alarm!!

Other Sleeping Arrangements 

The couch is futon style and the dining table can also be folded into a bed. Both are double beds. You can locate the bunk beds closer to the back of the camper. They do have their own Privacy Curtain. You can also find a storage space below the bunk beds!!

Kitchen

This is a full kitchen!!  It has a double sink, built-in microwave, GAS oven and stove, full-size refrigerator, dining table, and Lots of drawers and cabinet space!! Also a couch for extra seating!! Has several electric outlets and lights. Vents for the Central Heating and Air Conditioning Unit. This is also where you can locate the Heating and Air Conditioning Unit. And More Fire Alarms!!

Bunk Bed Area

The bunk beds like I said so have their own storage space!! You also find a closest, for the extra guest, between the kitchen and the bunk bed area. Has a Fire Alarm!! You can also find the bathroom sink and medicine cabinet mirror. Has a good bit of cabinet space below the sink. It does have its own light for the sink!! In this the are is where you can locate the thermostat!! 

Bathroom

Comes equipped with a full bath tub and a removable shower head. So you can make sure to get extra clean!! It does have a toilet with its own space. NO SITTING OR SQUATTING IN UNCOMFORTABLE AREAS OR POSITIONS!! Has a vent cap so to can release extra moisture. Also has a fire alarm and a vent for the heating and air conditioning unit!!

A: I am Franklin La 70358, The trailers are staged in north on the Tennessee, Alabama line. I am the least expensive as far as delivery at an average of $.70 per mile.
