Product description: Car or truck luggage rack.  Probably designed to work with 2 heavy straps with heavy clamps to hold it in place.  Luggage rack poles are approx. 15 1/4" x 21 /1/8" apart from center of pole to center of pole.  (Black metal poles are approx. 1" in diameter or 1 3/8" in diameter where they are cushioned.)  Expandable metal pole at the center of the top is 24" wide and expandable to more than 44".  The expandable pole is approx. 1 1/4" in diameter on one side and approx. 1" in diameter on the other side.  The bottom poles, approx. 15 1/4" apart, are cushioned and are approx. 1 3/8" in diameter, including the cushioning.
     It is heavy, approx. 8.5-9 lbs., and may be shipped partially or completely disassembled to reduce postage costs.  I can't identify the car/truck it is specifically designed for or if its designed for the top or back of a vehicle or for a pickup truck.  It is probably designed to work with 2 heavy straps with heavy clamps to hold it in place.  Sold cheap "as is",  with no warranty or claim it will work for your vehicle.
