Shipping and Handling
Charge
- What are the shipping method?
All shipments are made via UPS Ground or United States Postal
Service either by regular airmail (3-5 days) or Priority Mail (2-3
days) depending on the types of products purchased. Majority of our
orders will be ship within 2 business days (mostly within 24hrs)
(All mail transit time stated above is best estimated but not
guaranteed.)
- PO box, APO,
FPO, HI, AK, PR, GU, VI
and other countries, shipping and handling fees will cost more.

- How much is shipping and handling
(S&H)? For combine shipping charge - Channel Advisor Checkout (see below)
will apply a 10% discount to the total shipping
cost.
- International shipment
transit time does fluctuate.
- UK/Germany shipping fee above is
only for United Kingdom, Germany, France, Ireland, Netherlands,
Belgium, Italy, & Scotland, please email us for shipping quote for all other
countries before bidding. Canada Customer Please Note:
Canadian government might charge a duty tax (brokerage fee). This is
NOT charged by our company, and we are not responsible for this fee.
If you have any question regarding why you are being charged this
fee, please refer to your government official website. Brokerage fee
varies upon the value of the product, for rate information, please
refer to UPS.
- Shipping address
for Canada P.O. Box : We are unable to ship any item to Canada P.O.
Box. Please note that if buyer has to put the shipping address as a
P.O. Box address, and the item has return back to our warehouse, in
order to reship this item, we reserve the right to ask the buyer to
pay the shipping fee again.
- For shipments to California
addresses, we are required to collect 8.25% Sales Tax.
- Combine shipping? We will
only do combine shipping with
Channel Advisor
Checkout.
All
payments (Mail Payment / Paypal) need to go through the "
Channel Advisor
Checkout " to prevent delay in your shipment.
- After you won the auction, an email
with Channel Advisor Checkout procedure will be sent to your eBay registered
email address.

- All payment are expected within 7
days after the last winning auction is closed.
We reserve the right to
file Non-Paying Bidder Alert if the payment is not received 7 days
after the auction ended,
- Please be sure to ask all questions
prior to bidding. When you bid, you are obligating yourself to the
auction in the event that you win. There will be a cancellation fee
of 10% of the item price if for some reason you change your mind.
- Bidding on multiple auctions?
Simply wait until all of the auctions are ended. Complete the
checkout from the most recent email that you received from us.

check will be held until cleared.)

Return policy:
- Please inspect all your order(s)
upon receipt, all sales are final and sold as is,
no refunds are available. We can only issue an exchange if
the item is received defective or incorrect item shipped within 14 days
after received. All return items will require a RMA#, which is
given by our customer service department only.
- All return items MUST be in
brand new condition which means the item is never installed and
kept in the original packaging, and will be subjected to a 20%
restocking fee.
- We will not reship
replacement(s)
before we get a claim approval for the lost, stolen, or damaged
item(s).
- In most cases, all shipping and
handling fees are non-refundable, unless it has been
approved by our Returns Department..
- Any item that the buyer states
as defective will be tested by our Returns Department, if there
is no problems or errors found during testing, there will be a
mandatory 20% restocking fee for the price of the item.

Once the RMA# is issued, the buyer
will have 30 days to return the item, if any items that is
return after 30 days, the item(s) are subject for rejection. If
the items are returned without an RMA#, we reserve the rights to
reject the item or charge the buyer a 20% restocking fee.
- All items are brand new unless
otherwise stated.
- Most of our items are plug &
play. However, we strongly recommend all buyers to have the item
professional installed. Buyer assumes all risk on shipment and
usage. Item is auction " AS IS " , no warranty is expressed.
- ATTENTIONS:
We
do not answer any emails on weekend, and we will reply all
emails in the order it was receive.
