Free shipping only applies to the lower 48 U.S. states. All others, please use shipping calculator or contact us for shipping quotes.
We will ship out all orders within 7 business days from the date of receiving cleared payments (weekends and holidays are not considered business days). Tracking numbers will be emailed once items are shipped. Please use the shipping calculator provided above to calculate shipping costs.
If an item is on backorder due to daily inventory changes, we will notify you within 24 hours.

Checkout must be completed within (7) seven business days of the end of the auction.
Payment is required within 7 business days of the end of the auction. If payment is not received within 7 business days, we reserve the right to relist the item, and file an unpaid item dispute.

What information do I need to provide when checking out?
To ensure fast processing and shipping of orders, please be sure to indicate the exact year/make/model of your vehicle, along with any other pertinent information (i.e. 2wd or 4wd, Quattro or Non Quattro, Liter Size, Turbo or Non Turbo, etc.)
What condition are these items in?
All items are brand new and never been used.
Do I need to change any of my existing brake components?
Parts can be used with all existing brake components. They are direct bolt on replacements, so no modifications are needed.
Are there any warranties offered?
Brake rotors carry a 30 day warranty, from the date the customer receives the package. The warranty will cover cracking. If pads are also purchased from our company, warping will also be covered. Please note that buyers are responsible for shipping costs of replacement parts.
What is the refund policy?
Return for exchange or refund will be allowed only within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. All authorized return merchandise must be in original saleable packaging.
There will be no return or exchange on merchandise that shows the signs of having been used, installed, or mounted. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for all returned products. Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by you, the buyer.
A refund or exchange will not be considered until all relevant items have been returned to iRotors.
All credit card/PayPal cancellations are subject to a $20 cancellation fee. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All custom entry fees and duty associated with any return or exchanges will be charged to the customer.
It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correctness of the size and application of all parts before installation.
