BRAND NEW - NEVER USED!!  This ADJUSTABLE SWIVEL SEAT CREEPER improves on the Snap On part number JCH40A design by adding a fifth wheel to the base for better weight distribution and easier rolling and maneuverability on rough blacktop and cement surfaces.  The similar Snap On unit sells for over $100.00 plus tax off the truck!!  Foam padded seat provides maximum comfort.  The pneumatic piston allows for height adjustment from 15" to 19".  The storage tray under the seat holds tools, parts and hardware for easy access.  It will support up to 300 pounds.  I particularly like the design of this creeper because you can approach it from any angle and sit on it.  I have a non-adjustable creeper seat that I haven't used since I got this one.  A great addition and solid piece of equipment to add to your garage.  I'm throwing in a brand new Snap On FBP1 Ramp Style Feeler Gauge as part of the deal.
