WARRANTIES
All parts are factory warranty only. Shipping and handling are not refundable. The duration of the warranty is dependent on the type of part. Installation by a professional is recommended in order to avoid damage to the product. Warranty may be voided due to improper installation.

SHIPPING ISSUES
To find the status of your order go to www.usps.com or www.ups.com with the tracking number you received from USPS or UPS. If you have lost your tracking number, contact us at:

Inspect your package immediately prior to accepting delivery. Damages and evidence of tampering on the outer packaging must be noted on the delivery receipt of the carrier’s driver. Damages must be reported and filed with carrier immediately. Orders lost in transit must be reported to us immediately. If you do not have the tracking number: email us at: odis1426-ship@yahoo.com to get tracking number. We are not liable for carrier damages. A claim must be filed with Carrier Company to facilitate an exchange. If you received a damaged product, report it to us within 2 business days from date of receipt. We are not responsible for any damaged items past two business days.

MISSING ITEMS
Check the packing slip that was included with your shipment. In order to fill your order quickly and efficiently with items already in stock we may have to split your order into multiple shipments, which we would indicate on the packing slip. If this is the case, you will not be charged additional shipping costs. You may also contact us at odis1426-custserv@yahoo.com for estimated delivery dates for every shipment associated with your order.

WRONG ITEMS
If a wrong item is received, it must be reported within 2 business days from date of receipt. We shall provide you with a mailing label to ship back the wrong part. The replacement will only be sent once the wrong item has been received and confirmed by us. Our Customer Service Department can be reached at odis1426-custserv@yahoo.com.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
Contact Customer Service at odis1426-RGA@yahoo.com to obtain an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number before doing anything. There is No Exchange after 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
