Address:                If you have recently moved or for some reason the address has changed, please make sure we ship to your new address. We use eBay for all our messages, delivery and contact information.  We ask as a courtesy to update that information to avoid unnecessary inconveniences and problems.  If indeed this problem does arise, we will not be responsible for alternate arrangements.

Shipping:              The shipping quote is for the lower 48 states only. Most of our items we sell are shipped out via FedEx Ground.  The smaller packages and PO Box addresses get shipped out via USPS Parcel Post or First Class if the item meets the 13 ounce requirement. Over sized items or items weighing over 150 lbs will be delivered by freight. Shipping charges are non refundable. Shipping charges are fixed. This means that if you do not like our shipping price, please refrain from bidding on our items to avoid any future problems.

              Attention Freight Customers:        When purchasing item that will obviously be freighted, we ask that you provide us with a business address (with loading dock or forklift) and a phone #. That way, we can have the item delivered straight to the business address (with loading dock or forklift). If a business address is not available, the item will be shipped to a freight company terminal in your area and you will be required to pick up the item from there. The Phone# is a must in order for the freight company to get in touch with you when the item will arrive or if any problems arise.

              Multiple Item Purchasing:             We do offer shipping discounts on items that can be packaged in the same box. The discount price will vary on the quantity of items as well as the items themselves. If you have any questions, please contact prior to bidding on the item in order to avoid unpaid item strikes or any other un-pleasantries.

              Out of the 48 States Customers:    Do not bid or purchase any of our items prior to contacting us to discuss shipping arrangements. Once again, if you have any questions, please contact us prior to bidding on the item to avoid any misunderstandings.

Warranty:            Our parts are individually inspected and everything is described in the description. This being said, we are human and may make mistakes. Should this occur, we will do our best to correct the problem in a timely manner.  We will accept returns within a week of item delivery for a 25% restocking fee if the mistake was not on our part. We will file unpaid item strikes per item for non paying customers.
