CAUTION:
Engines have 2 piece oil pans which differ between models and AWD to RWD within
a model, consider labor of changing oil pan. The front drive shaft goes through the oil pan
AWD models.
It has also been stated that this engine may interchange
with the following vehicles. Interchange
information has been requested through Hollander; consult with your local Mercedes dealership.

with this listing.
This is a long block - oil pan to valve cover, flywheel to balancer,
intake to exhaust manifold.
This assembly will be removed from the 1999 Mercedes E320 shown below.
There are no cracks, major leaks, dents, or other visible damage.
The vehicle has been started and lot driven, and the engine ran well
and did not smoke.
Below is an actual picture of the engine and pictures of the donor vehicle.

Testing:

You are
looking at a used OEM engine from the vehicle shown above.
We test all engines before shipping them. When vehicles arrive,
our trained inventory staff will run the car to operating
temperature. We check for any smoking, leaking or noises.
When dismantled, the car will again be brought up to operating
temperature to ensure there is no noise or smoking. Once the
engine is pulled from the vehicle, it is looked over once
more before putting it onto our shelf. Any engines that cannot
be started due to no key or electrical damage are compression
tested and all fluids are analyzed for wear/damage particles.
Many of the engines we list are still in vehicles, in which
case the engine will be run and tested right before being
packaged for shipping.
All engines are sold without starter, alternator, steering
pump, turbo, supercharger, A/C compressor, and ECU. Engine is sold as a long
block, all other included components are considered convenience items and
are not covered under warranty. We always take care to unclip any wires/sensors
during removal. We INCLUDE the engine wiring harness with every engine we
pull, even if our Hollander interchange states they are separate. All engines
will include intake manifolds, exhaust manifolds, fuel system, harness, and
sensors. If any of these parts are missing or damaged, we will do our best
to list it in the above description. However, these items are not guaranteed
or covered under warranty, nor is the timing belt or damage from timing belt
failure. Please note that with some engines, especially domestic vehicles,
you may have to change some fuel and intake components, engine mounts, and
even oil pans for fitment. If you have questions, please feel free to call
and ask what our interchange lists as different. We HIGHLY recommend changing
the timing belt/chain and/or tensioners as well as the rear main seal and
front seal in the transmission while you have the engine out. These items
are easy and cheaply replaced while the engine is out and can literally save
you thousands of dollars in repair costs if they fail later. Coil packs,
distributors and throttle bodies are not included. Contact us with any questions |

All
engines are guaranteed for 30 days from date of payment under
normal use, an extended 90 day warranty can be obtained
for an additional fee. Our warranty covers you for mechanical
failure on your vehicle; it does not cover consumable/wear
items such as seals, belts, hoses, plugs, wires, auxiliary
components, fluids, etc. or damage from the failure
of such items. It is your responsibility to maintain
the engine in good condition. Heat tabs will be installed
to indicate overheating by failing to properly bleed
the air from the cooling system (overheating is not
covered under warranty). A complete listing of our warranty
is available upon request. We do not cover labor fees
under any circumstances. Customer is liable for all
shipping charges. Any claim will be thoroughly investigated
upon return of damaged engine. We have been in the automotive
industry for over 30 years. If there is a problem with
a part, you are covered by us. We are always willing
to work with you to make sure your experience with us
and with ebay is a positive one.

Checkout/payment
and shipping information (on larger items) is expected within
3 days of auction close. After 7 days, ANY unpaid
auction wins will be subject to an Unpaid Item Dispute (UPI)
through eBay AND cancellation. We will leave negative feedback
because you are a waste of our time, and we want other vendor's
to know of your habits. Payment methods are stated
in the auction. We prefer PAYPAL and credit cards through
Paypal at this time, but other methods are accepted - contact
