All our vehicles are inspected for mechanical and safety concerns prior to the sale. Vehicles get the "OK" before delivery. Fedele Auto Sales also offers a "Good Faith" warranty on all our vehicles. If something has been overlooked beyond our description but not outside normal expectations of a "Used Car" we will attempt to correct it. Being reasonable is the key.

This auction will be for a nice looking and fun driving year 2000 Mazda Miata MX-5. This rear wheel drive two-seater convertible has a Black exterior finish with a matching Black convertible top and Black cloth interior. This Miata comes equip with power steering, power windows, air conditioning, power mirrors, a custom am/fm/multi-cd player, power antenna, rear window defrost, dual SRS airbags and custom 15" Borbet alloy wheels.

The drivetrain is a good strong running 1.8 liter DOHC 16 valve fuel injected four cylinder engine with a manual five speed transmission and power four wheel disc brakes. The four cylinder engine runs very well and there are no oil leaks, smoke or problems. We just had the timing belt and waterpump serviced and it runs great. The clutch and manual five speed shift good and the other mechanics of this Miata, to include the brakes, suspension and steering are all also in great shape. The original air cleaner is missing and there is a custom K+N filter set up on the car. This is a nice reliable vehicle that starts, runs and drives out very well.

The Black cloth interior has a nice clean appearance. There is a full floor console, factory floor mats, a custom Nardi Torino leather steering wheel and a full gauge drivers display. The center console glove box hinge is broken, but there are no other broken items. The seats, floor carpet, dash panel and door panels all look clean and nice. The air conditioning is not working, but all the other electrical items are working, to include the lights and gauges. Overall everything is in order and there is a well kept appearance.

The Black exterior body also looks sharp but does have some normal cosmetic flaws. There are some light brush style scratches around the car, basically just typical. There are no deep "in-the-paint" scratches and the paint does look good. The Black convertible top is brand new and has a glass back window. There is no rust or rot and this Miata is a good straight vehicle.

With only 101,091 miles this year 2000 Triple Black Mazda Miata MX-5 is a good solid and sporty vehicle to own. The engine and mechanics are in great shape and as mentioned above we just serviced the timing belt and waterpump. The interior cosmetics are clean and despite some small external scratches are mentioned, the exterior looks nice too. The tires are good Performance style Kumho tires and overall this Miata is a nice sporty vehicle to use as a daily driver or just a nice hobbiest level vehicle to own. It is a pretty good one and priced fairly.

1: As new condition. Needs nothing mechanically nor cosmetically.

2: Excellent mechanically and cosmetically. Probably has the normal cosmetic wear, but is in very nice clean condition.

3: Does have more noticeable cosmetic flaws, but still has a nice appearance and is a mechanically sound vehicle.

4: May have more than the normal amount of cosmetic flaws and/or need mechanical work, but still is a decent vehicle.

5: Vehicle needs work and/or cosmetics. May run and drive, but has problems.

6: Non operating vehicle. Probably best used for parts.

+ : Indicates a stronger numerical rating.

- : Indicates a lesser numerical rating.

1)Due to non paying bidders, Fedele Auto Sales reserves the right to accept, cancel or deny bids from any ebay member.

2)Please call if you are seriously interested in purchasing this item. Forty to Fifty percent of all our vehicles sell prior to the ending of the ebay auction.

3)Please be aware of ebay's policy on bidding. You are bidding to purchase this vehicle, NOT come and take a look. So, your responsible decision to purchase this vehicle is made before you bid, NOT after.

4)PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS! We will do our best to accurately describe all vehicles, but be aware our vehicles are pre-owned and not brand new. Therefore, signs of wear and use may be present beyond our description (small paint chips, nicks, scratches, fading, wheel scuffs etc.) may exist. Also, Most of our vehicles are New England vehicles. Normal oxidation and/or surface rust may exist under the vehicle. However, anything that inhibits structural integrity will be disclosed.

5)After the auction ends Fedele Auto Sales will attempt to make contact with high bidder via email. If confirmation is not received within 24 hours Fedele Auto Sales reserves the right to cancel this auction or sell to any qualified bidder.

6)PAYMENT METHOD:Full payment for this vehicle is to be be paid within (5) days. This is to be done with one of the following methods: Bank to Bank wire transfer, Credit Card, Paypal, Bank Check or Money Order. Credit Card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee. We will not accept Paypal transfers over $250. Financing is not available at this time.

7)DELIVERY METHODS:

A)Door to door shipping is acceptable. There are an endless number of transporters and brokers ready to serve you. We recommend you search the Internet for quotes prior to bidding. We will assist with the delivery any way we can.

B)Massachusetts does not issue temporary license plates. So we use this standard procedure for out of state transactions. We ask that the buyer makes full payment on the vehicle. Once payment has been received and cleared, we will overnight mail to you the title and our bill of sale. At this point the buyer can register and acquire plates for pick up. Every State tends to have different laws so please check your state first if this is a concern.

C)To Fly-In-Drive-Home, please use Logan Airport, Boston, MA. as the airport of choice. From there take the Logan Express Shuttle to Woburn, MA. This is about a ten minute ride and a courtesy pick up from us is available at that point.

8)Payment is to be received in full and all payment methods must clear before the release of the vehicle and/or any paperwork can be given.

9)Unless agreed upon, the vehicle is to be picked up within (7) days. After (7) days the vehicle will be brought to a storage facility subject to their liens for release.

10)Not concurring with any of the above terms could result in a loss of this sale.
