General Terms of Sale
You must have sufficient cash available or have all loans pre-approved before making a binding bid! Contact us prior to bidding to arrange financing.
We are a licensed dealer in the state of Florida and must transfer titles to new owners according to Florida law. Florida residents must pay us all applicable sales tax. Buyers must pay our dealer fee of $549.70. This charge represents cost and profit to the seller/dealer for items such as inspecting, cleaning and adjusting vehicles and preparing documents related to the sale.
Please note that we are a State of Florida Automobile Dealer.Any legal proceedings must be brought ONLY in the State of Florida.
BUYER AND DEALER AGREE THAT THE ARBITRATION PROCEEDING TO RESOLVE ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE CONDUCTED IN THE COUNTY WHERE DEALER'S BUSINESS IS LOCATED.Out of state buyers are responsible for their own taxes in their own state. PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept E-Loan payments or Paypal, nor do we accept any Escrow type transactions.
We only accept Certified/Cashiers Checks or Bank Wire Transfers (in US dollars only). Florida buyers pay Florida sales tax. Buyers outside of Florida are responsible for applicable sales taxes in their respective state.
Buyer will be responsible for his own Licensing Requirements in State of residence.
Buyer can inspect vehicle at our premises 6 days a week, Monday thru Saturday. All inspections must be done before end of auction.
Seller reserves the right to cancel your bid if you have any negative feedback that might prejudice your bid.
We will contact the successful high bidder by email or phone after the auction closes. You must respond by phone or email within twenty-four (24) hours to confirm your intention to buy or the vehicle may be re-listed or sold to any other qualified buyer.
We are a full service retail dealership; As such, we reserve the right to notify bidders and cancel this auction early or sell said vehicle. We shall not be held liable for any such cancellation. We strongly suggest taking advantage of the 'Buy it Now' option if featured to avoid this possibility. Before you choose this option, please call 904-226-5720 for more information.
Winning Bidder must confirm his winning bid with a $1,000 Non-Refundable Deposit within 48 hours of auction end.
Balance of Purchase Price is due to Seller within 5 days of the end of the auction. We reserve the right to re-list or sell to any other qualified buyer if payment is not received within 5 days.
All deliveries must be completed Monday through Saturday, 9am to 6pm Eastern Standard Time.
We may or may not have vehicle handbooks, floor mats, additional keys, navigation cd's, cd changer magazines, or tonneau covers available for you (we generally do, please call to check). We will be happy to obtain these items for you at a minimal cost.
To serve you best, we prefer to show vehicles by Appointment.
Those wishing to have your vehicle shipped - all shipping charges are buyer's responsibility.
Any claims arising from shipping or damage are between buyer and shipping company.
