-Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of the auction closing, either by e-mail or telephone to confirm intent to purchase. They must give their name, address, and phone number for our records. Further, high bidders are required to send a $500 deposit via PayPal. If confirmation within 24 hours is not received this vehicle will be offered to the next qualified bidder or may be sold by any other means. All deals are to be finalized within 5 days. We will notify eBay™ on the accounts of all high bidders who do not complete the transaction.
-When you bid you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle described above. If you do not intend to purchase this item, do not bid!
