• Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, and APO addresses are shipped via USPS. Please contact us for shipping quotes.
• All International orders (within size and weight limits) are shipped via USPS. USPS does not provide a tracking number unless item is shipped via Global Express Mail (EMS). Please contact us for international shipping quotes.
• All shipments are made via our account. No third party payments.
• Local pick up available by appointment.

Return Procedure:

• If you have a return, defective part, or core please fill out a Return Request Form. If you do not have your invoice number, please indicate when your parts were purchased and your full name. You will then be emailed a Return Authorization Number (RA#) in 3-4 business days.
• When you receive your RA#, package the part securely and write your RA# clearly on the outside of the box. Parts without an RA# will not be accepted!
• Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the part, and verified that the return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued. All applicable sales tax will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error.

Core Returns:

If you would like to return an item associated with a core return value, please submit your request through our Return Request Form. Please note:

• All fluids must be drained from the core
• The core must be securely wrapped in plastic and sealed
• Cores must be returned in the packaging used in the shipment of the order sent to you
• Your core will be inspected to determine if the it is able to be rebuilt
• Core return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. These are not refundable.
