1.        Terms of Sale Overview  - We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.  The following terms of sale apply to all of our actions.
2.        Payment Terms - The successful high bidder will submit a $2000 deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.  Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction.  All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
3.        Acceptable Payment Methods
      1.        Cash on delivery, certified checks, bank wire transfers, or bank financing. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing established prior to placing final bid. If you need more information, please call us.
4.        Fees and Taxes
      1.        Winning Bidder must pay $499 Documentation Fee, which is includes a temporary operating registration good for 30 days from date of purchase.  Georgia buyers are also responsible for Sales tax depending on the County of Residence.  Email us if you have any questions about the transfer and title fees.
5.        Shipping
      1.        The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Please call if you'd like us to suggest a shipping company.
6.        Disclaimer
      1.        Please be advised that most of our cars are still covered under full factory warranty.  Otherwise, they are sold "as-is" unless otherwise stated, which has been previously driven and has been subjected to normal wear and tear, both cosmetically and mechanically.
      2.        We attempt to recondition all vehicle to like new prior to offering them for purchase.
      3.        We describe all vehicles as accurately as possible; however, it is not possible to include every minute detail and imperfection.
      4.        At potential buyer expense, we welcome and recommend a buyer's inspection.  Please make arrangements to have inspection done prior to auction ending.
      5.        We have done our best to make every reasonable effort to describe this vehicle to you.  We have tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction.
      6.        Our vehicle may be driven on test drives; therefore, the mileage may not be exactly as noted in our vehicle description.  Since our vehicle are pre-owned, it is sometimes difficult to secure extra keys for cars or the full set of books, floor mats etc.  Please  be sure to review the photos and options available with each vehicle.
      7.        All vehicles are thoroughly detailed on our premises before they are loaded and shipped to the new owners.  This assures us that the truck drive will be able to perform a thorough inspection of the vehicle and document the condition of the vehicle for our customers.  Trucks travel long distances before arriving at their final destinations and sometimes travel through inclement weather.  This may cause the car to not look as clean as expected upon delivery.
     8.        Please do not expect a pre-owned vehicle to be absolutely perfect, without even smallest rock chip or paint or other wear and tear item depending on year and mileage.
     9.        Please be sure to discuss and resolve all details and technicalities regarding the description and items available with your Representative prior to completion of purchase.
     10.     Any problems, issues, or claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery or receipt of vehicle.
     11.     We have done our best to make every reasonable effort to describe this vehicle to you. We have tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction.
