We are a licensed dealer in the state of Florida and must transfer titles to new owners according to Florida law. Florida residents must pay us all applicable sales tax. Out of state buyers are responsible for their own taxes in their own state. Buyers must pay our dealer fee of $549.70. This charge represents cost and profit to the seller/dealer for items such as inspection, servicing, detailing, and preparing documents related to the sale of the automobile.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept E-Loan or ROAD Loans payments or Paypal, nor do we accept any Escrow type transactions.Buyer will be responsible for his own licensing requirements in state of residence.Buyer can inspect vehicle at our premises 5 days a week, Monday thru Friday. All inspections must be done before end of auction.
We will contact the successful high bidder by email or phone after the auction closes. You must respond by phone or email within twenty-four (24) hours to confirm your intention to buy or the vehicle may be re-listed or sold to any other qualified buyer.
Winning Bidder must confirm his winning bid with a $1,000 Non-Refundable Deposit within 48 hours of auction end.Balance of Purchase Price is due to Seller within 5 days of the end of the auction. We reserve the right to re-list or sell to any other qualified buyer if payment is not received within 5 days.
We may or may not have vehicle handbooks, floor mats, additional keys, navigation cd(s), cd changer magazines, or tonneau covers available for you (we generally do, please call to check). We will be happy to obtain these items for you at a minimal cost.
