The first VISUAL Mercedes GM R4 compressor upgrade video CD on the market! By VISUAL, we mean we actually SHOW you how to upgrade your stock GM R4 compressor to a highly efficient Sanden wobble-plate compressor using state-of-the-art digital video technology.

The video is actually shot as Jim, a seasoned auto mechanic, Mercedes Diesel enthusiast and do-it-your-selfer for the past ten years, takes you through removal of the stock GM R4 compressor and converstion to the Sanden compressor on a 1984 Mercedes 300D turbo diesel step-by-step. You get to see and hear the actual technique as it progresses! You’re right there with him.

The segment starts off showing you what tools and supplies you’ll need before proceeding. Then Jim actual walks you through, explaining each action every step of the way. He mentions many “Tips and Tricks” that will save you hours of frustration.

Jim has saved thousands of dollars in shop labor by doing his own Mercedes maintenance and repairs over the past decade. He has assisted many of his friends, co-workers and family too. Now you can benefit from his knowledge and experience by purchasing and using this Video CD.

NOTE: We have the custom bracket kit for this upgrade already made for $299. It includes both re-worked oil cooler hoses (they need to be rerouted), the replacement AC hoses (high and low side), one new belt and of course the bracket and all mounting bolts. We also must charge a $100 deposit for the oil cooler hoses since we need your old ones back to make a new set. Both Jim and I have converted our Turbo 300D diesels and believe me it's well worth it. We set a record in Phoenix in 2007 with over 28 days over 110 degrees! Additionally my standard GM R4 compressor kept blowing fuses. I haven't had one blown fuse since Jim and I have performed this upgrade. This video CD was filmed using a 1984 Mecedes 300D Turbo.

SHIPPING	Shipping is a flat $5 in US. All packages are shipped in a US Postal Service Priority Mail Flat Rate envelope with delivery confirmation. We do NOT have tracking numbers. If you would like a tracking number please include an additional $5.00 in the shipping total. COMBINED SHIPPING	If you purchase multipled CDs during the same auction cycle we reserve the right to put multiple procedures on the same CD and in so doing we can combine shipping charges as best we can. In this case, please wait for us to send an eBay invoice. When we do we will combine shipping. We can NOT combine shipping between auction cycles. It's too confusing and leads to shipment delays and misunderstandings. If you do not wait for our invoice and pay multiple shipping fees we DO NOT ISSUE refunds.
SHIPPING LOSS OR DAMAGE	By rules of the Uniform Commercial Code, we are not responsible for breakage, damage OR LOSS during shipping. If you want coverage during shipping then purchase the optional shipping insurance. The $1.65 for insurance is well worth it. We DO NOT ship the CDs in a padded, plastic or protective cover. We have found that our breakage rate is still the same even if we do so BUY THE SHIPPING INSURANCE.

VIDEO QUALITY	The videos are shot using a state-of-the-art non-professional digital camcorder. Our purpose is NOT to win an Academy Award for best production, photography or special effects. If that is what you are looking for then please DO NOT BID. Our purpose it to show you how to perform the procedures that are the subject of our videos. In trying to keep the costs down we supply the procedures on CD-Rs and by necessity must lower the resolution to get them to fit. If you want something of higher quality then you'll need to email me and negotiate a different price.
