PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Autolampsplus accepts PayPal &  E-checks. Sorry we do not accept personal checks.

• If we do not receive payment within 7 days after close of auction, we will assume you are failing to carry out a commitment for items purchased. By following eBay guidelines we will file an “Unpaid Item Dispute” with eBay for each item purchased that has not been paid for. The sale will be voided and the item re-listed.
   
• All payments must be submitted through the Autolampsplus secure checkout procedure.

Sales Tax:
We are required to collect 6% sales tax for shipments made within Florida & 7.00% for shipments within New Jersey.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:
We use UPS Ground to ship all packages in the 48 States.

(UPS will only ship to a physical address and not ship to a PO Box #)

• The US shipping/handling rate for this auction is $10.00
• Please email us your complete address if you need a quote for expedited shipping.
   
• We use USPS (United States Postal Service) to ship all packages out of the states or to PO BOX #’s (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Military Address, Canada and abroad)
   
• All items will be shipped within 2-3 business days upon receiving a completed payment. Tracking info will be emailed to you once it is available.
  
• FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OUT OF THE STATES, CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL TAXES / DUTIES AND CUSTOMS COSTS. CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICE ABOUT ALL DUTY FEES / TAXES.

FOR SHIPMENTS OUT OF THE COUNTRY, PLEASE E-MAIL US BEFORE MAKING PURCHASE, SO THAT WE CAN VERIFY THE COUNTRY (IF WE SHIP THERE), THE SHIPPING ADDRESS AND THE FREIGHT CHARGE TO YOU.

Items to be returned due to damage or incorrect parts shipped. Please e-mail us immediately after inspection of package. Please include the auction # for us to reference in the e-mail.

• If an item needs to be exchanged (due to that the wrong item, year, make or model was purchased). We can only ship the exchanged item out to you, once we receive the item back from you.
  
• All returns/exchanges must be in Brand New Condition, with original packaging, exactly as item was shipped out to you in. All returns must be postage paid.
  
• Return/exchanges will not be accepted after 15 days of notifying us.
  
• All returns must be packaged properly, as they where shipped to you to prevent any damage.
• Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.
  
• All shipping fees are non refundable, unless due to our error
