Successful high bidder should telephone Keith Roman, Ebay Sales Manager at Stokes Brown Toyota of Hilton Head at 843-540-0834 within 24 hours after the auction has ended to make arrangements to complete the transaction. Within 48 hours following the end of auction, a $500 deposit shall be received using PayPal, cash in person, (we will not accept cash through the mail). VISA, MasterCard, or Discover. If this deposit is not received, or an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise.  If the winning bidder does not buy the vehicle, we will file a non-paying bidder alert with eBay Motors and it will also result in negative feedback. Buyer is also responsible for eBay fees incurred to list vehicle if they decide not to purchase which may be up to $150.

TITLE LEINS: As a Toyota dealership we take many vehicles on trade in. Many of these vehicles have existing loans & leins on them when they are traded in. We do pay off the loan on every vehicle we trade for & we have clear title to every vehicle we offer for sale. The carfax report may indicate loan or lein. That was recorded at the time the lein was placed on the vehicle. Be assured, we do have clear title to every vehicle we sell & there are no leins on them.

All financial transactions should be completed within five days of the auction ending. Acceptable forms of payment are, in cash in person, (we will not accept cash through mail). Bank wire transfer (prefered), VISA, MasterCard, or Discover. We will only accept up to $7,000.00 payment by credit card on any single purchase. We will not accept full payment of a vehicle through PayPal. To expedite your transaction we reccomend paying by bank wire transfer. We will accept bank certified checks, (drawn on US banks only) but, will have to wait 15 business days for those funds to clear our bank prior to vehicle delivery. The purchaser will be required to sign "all documents" provided by Stokes Brown Toyota in order to complete the transaction. The buyer will have to provide a photo copy of their driver's license & proof of insurance upon delivery.  We do offer bank financing for our customers at very competetive rates & terms. Many of our ebay customers have taken advantage of our easy & convienient financing terms & available warranties. Stokes Brown Toyota of Hilton Head discloses as much information as possible and attempts to be as accurate as possible. We welcome pre-purchase, onsite inspections by competent parties. Vehicles are not returnable whether pre-purchase inspection was done or no inspection was done. All vehicles are available for inspection by appointment only. Buyer is responsible for fees and charges of inspections made on buyer's behalf. We strongly encourage all buyers to do this to have more details about the vehicle they are purchasing.  
eBay strongly recommends that an inspection be performed prior to a purchase either by the Buyer
himself or a 3rd party inspector. We encourage our customers to take advantage of this option. 
 Even though we do our best to have all vehicles inspected, and our descriptions accurate, we
also encourage all customers to have vehicle inspected BEFORE purchasing and leaving our facility. Please inspect your vehicle upon delivery to ensure your sattisfaction. We will work with our buyer's to ensure complete sattisfaction but, any issues must be addressed within 48 hours of delivery.
   Our vehicles go on test drives and are sometimes placed on loan; therefore the mileage may not be exact. We do recondition all of the vehicles we offer for sale in an effort to present them to our buyers in the best possible condition. This reconditioning may include minor door ding repair & scratch repair. In addition, we detail & service our vehicles prior to offering them for sale. In most cases the dings are repaired using a paintless process & the scratches are generally repaired on site by a professional contractor using airbrush & buffing process. When a vehicle is listed as "no paint work" this is in reference to the Carfax vehicle history report which states no prior damage. A vehicle with no prior paint work may have had a scratch repaired using the above mentioned process. Since this is a pre-owned vehicle, we may or may not have all keys, books, floor mats etc.  Out of state buyers are responsible for their own taxes, title, and tag in their own states as we are required to title and register all vehicles and collect applicable taxes for the state, county, city, and or province that you may reside. The buyer will have to make shipping arrangements for their purchase. We may be able to help in shipping.

Please note: On our ebay listings we use a VIN# decoder that shows "Standard" equipment for each specific vehicle. In some cases the listed "Standard" equipment may not apply 100% to the vehicle listed. Example would be if a vehicle was special ordered when it was new it may be different from the standard for that year make & model. I do try to list all equipment for each vehicle & always include at least 50 photos showing the entire vehicle. All of our pre-owned vehicles come with one key unless otherwise noted in the listing. We do not guarantee floor mats, manuals & spare keys. Notice: Vehicles listed on eBay Motors are also available at our location, and there is a possibility that a vehicle may be sold on the lot. We are a high volume dealer & we sell alot of vehicles localy at our dealership. If you are interested in a certain vehicle please do not wait for the auction to end as it may be sold at the dealership before the auction ends & I will end the listing. If a listing does end in a successful bidder and the vehicle has already been sold Dealer is not liable to the highest bidder. We will take measures to reduce the risk of this happening, but there is a possibility of this occurring.
