Up for your consideration and bid is the Original Chilton’s 1959 Power Accessory Book, by Harold Glenn, 1st edition, a 250 page book of all sorts of useful information and repair data on power accessories like:

Power Steering, Power Brakes, A/C, Power Windows, Locks, Ford's Retractable Roof System of 1957 to 1959, Etc

This book would probably cover these makes of that era that had power this and power that: Buick, Cadillac, Chevy, Chrysler, Clipper, Continental, DeSoto, Dodge, Edsel, Ford, Hudson, Imperial, Jeep, Lincoln, Mercury, Nash, Olds, Packard, Plymouth, Pontiac, Rambler, Studebaker, T-Bird, and Willys cars

In 1955, Chiltons Books commissioned Harold T. Glenn, an education instructor, to write auto manuals for High School and Collegiate courses. One of the main reasons was to make auto mechanics simple to learn. Mr. Glenn, a Chiltons staff writer authored this specialized book on only power accessories.

It is a valuable source of additional information that the Chiltons Manuals may not have. This is cram packed full of info on power gadgets and electrical gizmos that were becoming popular in the 1950's!
