You are bidding on 1 Mercury Complete Lower Unit Assembly that came off a 40 HP Mercury Outboard Motor - Model 40ELPT 3 Cylinder 4 stroke. It is used, but in good condition. There are 4 small ¼ inch holes drilled through ventilation plate where a plastic doelfin foil was mounted and unit will need to be touched up with paint. Mercury Part No. 821306T17. Unit includes, driveshaft, and shift rod. This part sells for $2884.00 new so this is a Super deal. This lower units gear ratio is 2:1. This is Not a bigfoot lower unit!

Fits Mercury and Mariner 30/40 4 Stroke 1999 thru 2005 (LONG Shaft) CARB or EFI outboards with serial numbers starting at 0G231123 all the way to 1B226999
