Our vehicles are of high quality and authentication and have been inspected in our service department. This vehicle is being sold as is, there is no warranty; expressed; written; or implied.  Please feel free to contact us to make arrangements to view and test drive our listing at 806-359-9600. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle and to have satisfied themselves as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. Additional pictures of vehicles shown are also on our website at www.vaitx.com. “In the spirit of the auction process we do not disclose our reserve price.” The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs unless agreed upon in writing before the sell. We also have a full service department and can add additional equipment if needed.

Terms and Conditions

Buying

Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $1000.00 deposit is due within 48 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 7 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1996 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
We do not provide financing for purchases at this time.

Shipping

Buyer is responsible for pickup and/or shipping of this vehicle purchase. If you wish to have it shipped using your shipping service, we will gladly cooperate with them. You can locate shippers by doing a search for automobile shippers. We also use several different companies as well. We will be glad to get you a quote from our location…

Please ask:

If you are not sure about something or need additional pictures, please ask! Do not assume anything that is not listed is correct or included. We reserve the right to cancel any bids from any bidders for excessive negative feedback. The vehicle is listed for sale in local publications, our website, and other auto websites and in national publications so…  We reserve the right to end and remove the listing from eBay while the vehicle is still listed for sale. Please be sure to bid what you actually want to give you may not get a second chance.
Please do not bid on this auction unless you are serious about owning this vehicle. All non-paying high bidders will be reported to eBay, and negative feedback will be posted.
