THIS CAR IS IN EXCELLENT SHAPE AND IS STILL BEING DRIVEN DAILY BY MY WIFE. MILES MAY BE SLIGHTLY HIGHER THAN 22,000 BUT MOST LIKELY NOT WITHIN A WEEK. CAR HAS NO DAMAGE AT ALL, ONLY MINOR STONE CHIPS AND CLEANING SCRATCHES. ALL WHEELS ARE IN GOOD SHAPE WITH NO CURB DAMAGE AND TIRES ARE IN FAIR SHAPE, BUT WILL NEED REPLACED IN THE NEXT 5-8,000 MILES I AM SURE. INTERIOR CONDITION IS 10/10 AND EXTERIOR IS 9.5/10. ALL SERVICES DONE BY DEALER UNDER THE FREE SERVICE PLAN WHICH ENDS IN THE LAST DAY OF AUGUST. I PURCHASED THIS CAR FOR MY WIFE THE LAST DAY OF AUGUST 2009 AND IT HAS BEEN A GREAT CAR. ONLY REASON FOR SELLING IS TO UPGRADE TO A CLUBMAN OR COUNTRYMAN AS WE PLAN TO HAVE KIDS SOON. WE HAVE ONLY HAD ONE PROBLEM WHICH WAS MINOR, THE A/C COMPRESSOR LOCKED UP THIS PAST SUMMER AND WAS REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY AS WELL AS THE DRIVE BELT FOR IT. I HAVE ALL RECORDS AND WILL BE GLAD TO INCLUDE THEM, THERE IS STILL A LOAN THROUGH BMW BANK OF NORTH AMERICA. TITLE WILL BE PROVIDED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PAYMENT ONCE RELEASED TO ME. AS YOU CAN SEE THE CAR HAS VERY LOW MILES, WE DON'T DRIVE A LOT. WE MADE ONE 3,000 MILE ROUND TRIP TO FLORIDA LAST YEAR WITH IT AND AVERAGE ABOUT 37-38 MPG AND AVERAGE ABOUT 30-32 IN TOWN MOST TIMES. THIS CAR IS GREAT FOR SAVING FUEL AND I WILL ALWAYS OWN A MINI AFTER THIS CAR. ALL MAINTENANCE IS COVERED THROUGH ANY BMW/MINI DEALER UNTIL THE END OF AUGUST AND THE WARRANTY IS VALID UNTIL THE END OF AUGUST 2013. THE PICTURES SHOW THE CAR RIGHT BEFORE WE HAD THE WINDOWS TINTED, OTHER THAN THAT THE CAR IS COMPLETELY STOCK. CAR WILL BE FULLY DETAILED AND READY TO GO FOR THE BUYER WHEN THEY COME TO GET IT. CAR IS KEPT CLEAN AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE (I AM A NEAT FREAK). IF WEATHER IS TOO BAD TO GET IT CLEANED UP I WILL HAVE IT DONE PROFESSIONALLY FOR YOU!
