Brake Overstock only sells premium quality rotors and pads. We stock over 2000 brake parts, and over one million dollars of inventory.  Parts are normally shipped within 2 to 3 working days of payment. We have technical support representatives available to assist you in selecting the right brake parts for your vehicle or to help with any installation questions.

Payment

We prefer PayPal and accept all major credit cards. Payment must be received within seven (7) days of checkout, or the item will be forfeited, and a non-payment dispute will be opened with eBay and PayPal to recover the closing fees of the sale.  Orders will not be processed until payment is made in full.
Illinois shipments will be charged Illinois State Tax of 9.75%.

SHIPPING IS FREE TO THE LOWER 48 UNITED STATES.
YOU WILL RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION AS AN E-MAIL FROM FEDEX AS SOON AS THE PRODUCT IS SHIPPED.  PLEASE ALLOW 2 TO 3 WORKING DAYS FOR SHIPMENT.
You can send an e-bay message for freight quotes to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, US Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico. We do not ship to other international destinations. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. International customers are responsible for all custom duties, fees and taxes.  Brake Overstock is not responsible for shipping delays in customs. How do I track my shipment?
Tracking information is automatically sent to you by FedEx after it is shipped.  Please allow 2 days to get the tracking info and don’t forget to check your junk mail box.
How much is shipping to Canada, Puerto Rico, Hawaii?
Please e-mail us or call (888)441-8808 for a shipping quote. We do not ship to international locations except Canada.
What if I can’t find my application? Do you sell the rears only?
We would be happy to list brake parts for your application. Just call us at (888)441-8808 and we can insert a listing for you in just a few minutes.
These brake parts are very inexpensive, am I getting quality parts?
Brake Overstock only sells the highest quality parts, and you save with factory direct prices. There is no middleman mark-up. Our brake parts are quality tested to assure proper fitment and performance.
Will these parts fit the factory calipers and wheel hubs?
All parts are machined for direct bolt on replacement of the factory parts. We guarantee proper fitment.

Returns

We guarantee proper fitment of the parts on your vehicle.   We offer a a 45 day return policy from the date of shipment.  All returns must be in new condition ready to re-sell.  Shipping cost will not be refunded.  Returns require a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA).  Please contact us at (888)441-8808 to request the RGA number.  There is no restocking fee if you have an RGA number clearly written on your package.
All rotors have a 1 year warranty against cracking, and a 90 day warranty against rotor warping when purchased with our brake pads.  Replacement parts or a refund may be used to honor the claim at our discretion.  The warranty is non-transferable. All warranty claims require a proof of purchase. No additional fees for installation or any other cost will be reimbursed with warranty claim. Only one warranty claim is allowed per customer. Brake Overstock neither makes nor implies any other warranty as to suitability for purpose other than expressly warranted here and is not liable for any form of consequential damage losses or cost.
If you order the wrong part, exchanges can be made on unused parts after we receive the returned product.  The buyer is responsible for the freight to ship the parts back to us.  We will refund the cost of the item except for shipping charges.  There is no restocking fee on exchanges.
