COCKPIT: Tilt wheel, am/fm/cd radio. Center console with change compartment, lower open-faced cabinet. Vinyl padded dash, 2 sun shades, large Konka color television directly above driver seat. Upper single door cabinet, with lower Dish Network satellite receiver; upper front double door cabinet. Driver side panel has large window, 1/4 slide, beverage holder, push-button Allison transmission, switches/controls (wiper/wash, fast idle, cruise, heated mirrors/power mirrors, hydraulic leveling jacks, etc.). Passenger/bus entry with separate sreen door with sliding lock/lever cover, electric entry steps for easy 5-step entry. Carpeted stairwell cover, fire extinguisher, hand rail - all located in stairwell area. Panel above entry has battery cut-off switch, water heater switch, switch panel (step, porch, ceiling, slide-out), Hearts Interface panel, levels test/gauge panel (holding black, holding gray, fresh water, lp gas, battery condition); switches for monitor, water pump, generator start, and generator hour gauge. Passenger side panel has sliding window with horizontal blinds and valance, lower map pocket and beverage holder. Wrap around windshield curtain for night time privacy. SLIDE-OUTS: This RV is equipped with two slide-outs. One expands the living and dining area and contains sofa sleeper, bench-style dinette/sleeper, windows, cabinets, lighting units, etc. Slide-out is beautifully trimmed out in coordinating fabric. Second slide-out expands the bedroom at the head-of-bed, has 2 night stand units, window, lighting units, etc. This slide-out is also trimmed out in coordinating fabric. KITCHEN/DINING AREA: Kitchen has beautiful Corian-style counter top, dual kitchen sink (with cutting board style sink covers). Sliding window with horizontal blinds and decorative valance. Atwood 3-burner gas range. Decorative beveled mirrors behind and alongside range and also near sink. 2 lower single door cabinets, 3 lower drawers. Ventling hood fan with light. Upper Sharp Carousel Grill 2 convection microwave. Double door cabinet above sink with lower lighting unit and outer Siemens solar panel. Large side-by-side Elite by Dometic refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and wood vaneer face. Nearby light switch panel. Bench-style dinette converts to sleeper (sits on slide-out); cushions appear to be in good condition, I did not see any rips or burn holes; vinyl/leather trim may show some minor blemishes (no rips or burn holes). Both bench seats have storage below. Nearby electrical outlet and phone jack. Large sliding window with horizontal blinds and decorative valance. Upper double door cabinet. Decorative mirrors on back wall. There is an overhead dinette light on this portion of the slide-out. Upper and lower pantry cabinets with interior adjustable shelves are on back wall and are in view and accessible when the slide is in the "out" position. Kitchen/Dining area has 2 overhead lighting units, 2 speakers, and crank vent/fan.
BATHROOM: Large center bathroom. Lavvy door, when open, doubles as a room divider from kitchen area; sliding divider track blind at bedroom. Single rear-facing sink, lower single door cabinet, electrical outlet, towel bar, hand towel rack, upper double door mirrored medicine cabinet (interior mirror as well), and vanity lights. Large corner shower stall with skylight, shower door enclosure with outer towel bar. This area has an overhead lighting unit. Separate enclosed lavvy area with Thetford toilet, magazine rack, towel bar, tp holder, sliding window with horizontal blinds and decorative valance, upper and lower pantry cabinets. Lavvy has overhead lighting unit and crank vent/fan.
REAR BEDROOM: Mattress, head-of-bed sits on slide-out. Large sliding window with screen, horizontal blinds and decorative valance (at head-of-bed; also serves as an emergency exit). 2 wall-mounted decorative lamps. 2 night stand units with electrical outlets. Duo-Therm temp control panel and slide-room panel located near bathroom. Upper and lower double door corner pantry cabinet. Desk area near foot-of-bed consists of upper double door cabinet with lower map/reading light, switch panel, large window with horizontal blinds and decorative valance; desk counter top, lower phone jack and electrical outlet. Upper double door cabinet contains RV electrical control panel board. TV viewing cabinet contains Konka color television and 3 lower drawers. Large mirrored closet at rear of bedroom. Bedroom has overhead lighting unit and a carbon monoxide alarm.
SUMMARY: This is a nice. Clean inside and out. She starts, runs and drives as she should. Clean interior has no unpleasant odors (such as pet, smoke, musty, etc.). Carpet in cockpit, living area, dining area, bathroom, lavvy and bedroom showing only slight to medium wear, and currently has plastic runners in place. Walls througout are all clean, some may show some minor scuffs and/or blemishes but nothing too visible. Corian-style counter top in kitchen also appears to be in very good condition. Cabinets all look good, open and close properly. Vinyl padded dash appears to be in good condition. Large 2-piece windshield has no cracks. All other windows are good. WORKING CONDITION
This vehicle is available for inspection prior to auction end. All vehicles are used and with any used vehicle it may or may not have chips, scratches, dings, dents, cracks, de lamination, fading or other imperfections from normal use. We will always try to describe our vehicles to the best of our ability. We do visual inspections only. We do not do mechanical inspections. If we come across something that does not work we repair it or list it in our ads. As seen in our feedback, we are one of the most honest dealer's ever on eBay. We have full time RV Techs on duty to assure you're quickly on the road during normal business hours, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Mon.-Thur.
SALES TAX and DOC FEE
There will be a $199 Doc Fee to pay for temporary plates, Fed Ex charges, title transfer fees, emission testing (if needed), and out-of-state inspections. All buyers will pay their home state sales tax rate here up to 6.3%. This tax will be applied when you register in your home state.
Arizona residents: registration fees will also be added.
Out of country buyers, including Canada, will be allowed to choose a $300 Arizona State-Line-Delivery or be responsible for the 6.3% sales tax, in which case we will provide a 90 temporary license plate and registration.
