With respect to the seller the product is sold “as is.” If the product proves defective after purchase, the buyer and/or manufacturer, not the seller, shall assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair.

A non-refundable deposit of $500 will need to be made within 24 hours of the end of the auction. The remaining balance is due within 7 days in the form of a cashier’s check, certified check or bank loan check made payable to Seacoast Sport Cycle. Credit cards or Paypal will not be accepted when paying the remaining balance.
