Introducing our NEW Versair Extreme Motorcycle Cover!!!!

Hi, It's Mike with Bikesundercover. Over the years we've been making motorcycle dust cover for inside or undercover storage and discontinued our line of waterproof covers in 2005 due to the waterproof covers acting as a bubble to trap condensation and moisture when the bike was covered inside or outside exposed to the elements. My thought was, how do you want your rust causing moisture, from above or within? There I was with my bikes and if I used a waterproof cover inside or outside during trips, I got condensation, lot's of it, and the bolt heads rusted. The trick is to prevent, as much of it as possible, and have a way to move the condensation out from underneath the cover.

So we've spent the last three years developing a waterproof cover that has great water vapor transmission rates, was truely waterproof, with mold and mildew inhibitors for the inside of the cover and have commercialized our Versair Extreme fabric for use in motorcycles, golf carts, ATV, mobility scooter, snowmobile and scooter covers. We start out by treating the yarn, 100% Polyester, at the fiber level with a UV block ingredient before it was woven into a fabric. Next we had the fabric coated, on the inside with a mold and mildew inhibitor. Versair Extreme allows moisture vapor to move out of the cover while still allowing the outside to be waterproof. The result is the most effective Toy cover that we know of. All of our covers and processes are done the in the good old USA.

The final criteria was to have an extremely strong and lightweight cover that could be used for travel if needed. The cover comes with a convienent drawstring bag that is 15X15 inches.

I'd like to remind all of you reading this. If your storing your bike most of the time in the garage or car port, we recommend our dust covers as they are water resistant and can be used temporarily on a trip. They are extremely breathable and work in most instances.

Our new waterproof cover utilizes the same full hem and shock cord feature as our dust cover. The user can adjust to their specific need for tightness due to weather conditions or preference.

I've been getting a ton of calls about heat shields so here we go. The only true heat shield material for the bottom of a cover is Fiberglass woven fabric. PERIOD!!. The cost of these heat shields are super expensive and we don't recommend or endorse, here's why. Your engine and pipes are extremely hot, excess 1000 degress F, that can cause chrome to turn colors. When you put a cover over a hot bike you are super heating the air and causing condensation to form. It's much better to let the bike cool a couple minutes before applying the cover. If you don't buy our cover, and buy the other guys, DON"T COVER A HOT BIKE!!!!

Our Versair Extreme cover carries a two year warrantee against manufacturing defects. We recommend using a Scotch guard treatment that helps reduce color fading on all covers used in full duty applications. Any color fading does not reduce the UV inhibitors in material so you can be rest assured your cover will last for many years.
