This is a complete set of three pedal covers, including accelerator, clutch pad, and manual brake pad. The accelerator is installed over the existing pedal pad, and attaches with 3M two sided tape which is on the new pedal pad.  Remove tape and apply to current accelerator arm. Make certain surface is clean and dry, room temperature if possible. Pedal must sit for 24 hours to have complete adhesive action. Installation of the brake & clutch pads involves removing the existing pads, applying low heat to the back side of the new molded pads and fitting them to the metal plates.  Start at one corner and work side to side until in position.
