$500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of auction close, and full
payment is expected within 3 days. Winning auctions are required to
have a deposit within 24 hours unless we are contacted and other
arrangements are made. Full payment is always expected within 3 days.
-Smith Powersports can process your Motor Vehicle work for NC residents ONLY.
-All
vehicles will have a $189.00 documentation fee. On new motorcycles
and quads there is an additional destination and dealer prep fee
totaling $289.00 added Destination is the fee for shipment of the
unit from the manufacturer to the dealer. This fee also covers setup,
vehicle preparation, a safety check, fuel surcharge and other costs.
This fee is collected on imported vehicles and will not be waived. This
fee of $289.00 will not be collected on any used product sales. The
189.00 documentation fee will apply to used sales as well.
We will be happy to take care of shipping for you. We will NOT export any of our new products.
We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early at
any time. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions.
Smith Powersports welcomes all dealers and individuals to
bid on our vehicles. Our staff is available Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. -
6:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to answer any questions
you
may have. Please call, fax, or email us as needed. We look forward meeting you in person or speaking with you by phone.

* There will be a $289.00 destination and set up fee and $189.00 documentation fee added to all new vehicle sales.

* On all ATV, Dirtbike and PWC sales picked
up at the dealership there will be North Carolina sales tax due. Please
contact us for details. Payment in full must be completed within seven days of an auction ending.
* Smith Powersports accepts cash
in person (U.S. currency only), cashier's checks, credit cards,
certified funds, or bank to bank wire transfers for the final payment,
unless an alternative payment has been arranged.
* All rebates and promotions applied to discounted price.
* Every effort has been made to accurately
and fairly describe this vehicle. Smith Powersports discloses all
information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised
that used vehicles may sometimes have small scratches or dings inherent
to their age / mileage and some mechanical parts could be subject to
normal wear. Smith Powersports welcomes a buyer's inspection.
If you plan on using a buyer's pre-purchase inspection, please schedule
your inspection appointment prior to the auction ending.
