Terms of Sale:  This motorcycle is new and comes with the Triumph 2-year warranty.  We also have Extended Service Contracts; Lo-Jack and GAP protection available, if desired.

This bike also comes with a “one time” lifetime battery warranty that covers the original battery installed at the time of delivery.  A lifetime warranty can be purchased for any subsequent batteries you may purchase in the future and even on the replacement battery issued to you for the original, if necessary.  This warranty is applicable to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.  Warranty excludes replacements due to negligence, damage, or sulfation or shipping of original or replacement battery.  Verification of state of charge may occur at no expense to the customer.  Battery warranty is for the battery (or an equivalent battery) alone and does not include any labor or installation or any environmental fees.  Although a Battery Warranty may be purchased on any unit sold by Clinton Cycles, it is not applied to off-road units or scooters from the dealer. 

Title will be sent to buyer once payment clears.  All of our motorcycles come off the showroom floor and are subject to the possibility of local sale prior to the end of the auction. 

Shipping Terms:   Pick up or freight expenses are the responsibility of the purchaser. Additionally, we can crate the bike for shipment, but that cost is extra and not part of the auction sale.  Shipping arrangements may be made once balance is paid in full. 

Payment Description:   Please make any payment arrangements before bidding.  We accept PayPal for the deposit, but prefer cash, cashier’s check, loan check or money order for the rest.  Financing may be available, please ask salesperson for information/application.  Please discuss with salesperson prior to final payment.  Please include $450 for Freight, $375 Handling and $99 documentary fee to final purchase price.  All deposits are non-refundable.  Special promotions are not available at this eBay price.

Maryland residents will be subjected to the 6% sales tax as well as the tag and titling fees of $167. Non-resident buyers are exempt from those fees, but may be receive a temporary tag for $25. If temporary tag is requested, proof of insurance must be provided prior to issuance.
