Returns/Exchanges: Returns accepted if you notify us within 3 days after receiving the item. Returned items must be shipped to us within 7 days of receiving them. Please contact us prior to returning an tem for complete return instructions.  Note that shipping and delivery charges are not refundable on returns.

"As Is" items:  Items marked "as is" may be items that we are unable to test to determine if they work, or they may be items that do not work and are offered for parts or repair, or have obvious damage.  No returns on "as is" items.
