Payment
We gladly accept PayPal payments and Credit cards through our PayPal account.

NOTE: Payment must be received within seven (7) days of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be relisted after seven (7) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction. If you wish to combine multiple auctions for shipping, please make sure the closing dates from the first auction to the last auction are within seven days.

Shipping Terms
All orders are shipped within 72 hours after payment is received. Free Shipping Offers are for the continental 48 states. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US APO, US territories, will be charged.  Please request a invoice for actual shipping rates.

• Insurance is included for all our packages, at no charge to you.  We take great pride in packaging every item to ensure safe shipment. However, when the items leaves our warehouse, we have no control on what happens to it.  If you should recieve a damaged item, please contact us immediately, prior to opening. 
• Customs and Duties: All Custom and Duties fee's are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not allowed to declare a smaller amount then actual sales price, we are also not allowed to declare items as gifts.  Pleaes do not ask. 
• Payment must be received within one week of the auction close. We reserve the right to cancel the transaction and relist the item if payment has not been received within this time frame.
• Please allow up to 3 business days after payment is received for your order to be processed before shipping.
• We only deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or Puerto Rico by US Priority Mail.   Intenational shipmenets will only be sent by USPS
• Combined Shipping: Some items may NOT qualify for combined shipment due to weight, fragility or if item is shipped by one of our third party partners. Please request a combined invoice after auction and wait for new invoice.  Do not pay for your items, or they will not be combined.

Sales Tax
Applicable sales taxes will be added to shipments within the state of FL.
Sales tax is calculated on the extended price (unit price x quantity) total, plus shipping and insurance charges.

No Hassle Return Policy
We will accept authorized returns on merchandise based on the following conditions:

• Product must be in original (new) condition (no signs of use, scratches, gouges, etc).
• Products must be in original product packaging, uncut, unmodified and unused.
• Product must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date (your expense) through a “traceable means”
• All included items and hardware must be returned.
• Merchandise initially shipped 'double-boxed' must be returned in like fashion
• RMA Number must be visible on the OUTER SHIPPING BOX, NOT THE ACTUAL PRODUCT BOX.
• You are responsible for products damaged during the return shipping.
• Items not in compliance with return policy will not be refunded.

All returned items are subject to inspection for use and damage before credit is issued. You will not be refunded if product is returned in damaged condition. Even if the damage occurred during return shipping (Insure Your Packages!).

Authorized returns must be received within 14 days of an RMA being issued and will not be accepted after that. After 14 days, the RMA# is deemed expired and the item are no longer viable for return or for credit.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless an item is received defective or in error.
