NOTE: This warranty covers parts ONLY. Labor charges, shipping damages, accidents, abuse and normal wear & tear are not covered under the warranty.

Shipping Information
All items purchased from Teezee Motorsports are normally shipped within 2 business days from the time payment clears and will normally arrive to you within 6 business days once shipped!
Shipping is by LTL carrier. Shipment from our Steubenville, Ohio warehouse to any business address in the continental U.S. is only $250.00 and to any residential address in the continental U.S. is only $290.00. A lift gate is available for $30.00.

Local pick-up is available at our Steubenville, Ohio location Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST if you would like to avoid the shipping charges. We do not profit from shipping costs. We pass our savings on to you - the customer Local pick-up is available at our Steubenville, Ohio warehouse M-F 9am to 5pm EST.

Sales Tax and Fees
All buyers are subject to a $15.00 title fee.

All Ohio residents must pay the current rate of sales tax for the county in which they reside.  All Ohio residents must also pay tax on the shipping cost due to it is a service we provide you and is taxable by law in the State of Ohio.

All customers who are residents of these states must pay sales tax at the time of purchase if they come to our warehouse in Steubenville, OH to pick-up their purchase.

Assembly
This unit is 95% assembled in the factory crate. Final assembly is simple and can be performed with common hand-tools.

Operation and Registration:                            Purchaser is responsible for registering and operating the ATV in accordance with local and state laws and ordinances. Seller makes no representations that the ATV is legal for operation in your particular City and State.

Warning! ATV riding activities involve the risk and danger of serious bodily injury including, but not limited to, disability, paralysis, dismemberment and death. These inherent risks and dangers may be caused by the riders own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others, participating or not participating in the activity, the condition in which the activity takes place, or the negligence of others. There may be additional risks, including social and economic loss, either known or unknown to the rider, not readily foreseeable, and purchaser fully accepts and assumes responsibility for all such risks, losses, costs, and damages incurred as a result of purchaser’s participation in riding.

The purchaser understands the nature of ATV riding and ATV related activities and acknowledges that he or she and or its intended user is qualified to operate the ATV and is in proper physical condition to participate in such activity. Purchaser agrees to assume all risks when allowing others to operate purchaser’s ATV. If purchaser is not familiar with the nature of ATV riding then the purchaser should seek professional training before use.
