Shipping Information

These go-karts are very large and will ship to you on a freight trucking line. The trucking company will call you to arrange a delivery time. Below you will find the different shipping options:

• $50 handling fee if picked up from our Gainesville, Florida warehouse.
• $225 if delivered to a business address or freight terminal
• $250 if delivered to a residence
• $30 extra fee if you need a lift gate - see below for more information
• If you are within 1000 miles of Florida please email us for a custom quote, you might be eligible for a shipping discount. Please provide the zip code and if it is a business of residence address.

You will need two strong people to unload the go-kart from the truck. If you will not be able to find two strong people to unload the go-kart, you will need to pay $30 extra for the lift gate. A lift gate will allow the driver to lower the go-kart off the back of the truck.

If shipping to a residence, the trucking company REQUIRES that you have a lift gate.

Assembly: Comes 80% assembled, you will need to put on the wheels, seats, roll bars etc. Anyone who has some mechanical knowledge can uncrate this go-kart and get it up and running in few hours. However, if you do not feel comfortable doing it on your own, you may take it to a professional mechanic and have them get it ready for you, it is your responsibility to make sure that the vehicle is assembled correctly and to pay for any additional fee related to assembly if needed. Negligence and improper assembly will void warranty. Be sure to tighten all bolts, check / replace engine fluids and fully charge battery prior to operation.

Warranty: The warranty for the engine is for 1 year. Labor coverage does not apply to off-road vehicles. It is the customer’s responsibility to send back any defective parts to us before new parts will be sent. Warranty does not cover shipping charges. Buyers are required to possess general maintenance and basic repair skills such as using general hand tools, removing & replacing nuts & bolts, replacing light bulbs, filters, fluids, etc. After the warranty periods have expired, you are responsible for the costs of parts and shipping

As with most motor vehicle warranties, certain conditions, exclusions and limitations apply. Common warranty exclusions include but are not limited to: 1) Standard wear and tear items such as seats, filters, hoses, spark plugs, tires, brakes, batteries, light bulbs; 2) Vehicle used for extreme riding, racing or competition; 3) Damage from collision or accident; 4) Vehicles driven by unqualified operators; 5) Unauthorized third party repair.

Parts: We have all parts in stock. If you ever need a part simply give us a call and we would be more then happy to help you out. Standard processing time is 3 business days for all part orders.

Damage Policy:

Every Go-kart passes an 18-point inspection before shipment to insure that they are securely packaged and free of any damage. Therefore any damage to the vehicle or the packaging that occurs was due to improper shipping process. Since all orders are shipped via third party LTL trucking company, shipping insurance is required at time of purchase to protect your investment against shipping loss or damage, which may occur during transit. Shipping insurance will protect you in the event of a lost shipment and a replacement vehicle will be shipped to you with no additional cost. You will also be protected against shipping damage or missing part, if your vehicle is damaged or has missing part, there are 2 solutions:

1)       If the damage is simply a few scratches or cracked plastic part(s), you can accept it and we'll file a claim with the trucking company on your behalf to recover the damage and send you replacement parts free of charge after we receive your complete supporting documents for the claim. Please be sure to inspect the vehicle thoroughly BEFORE signing the delivery receipt. Any damages or missing parts MUST be noted on the delivery receipt and have the driver sign in acknowledgement, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery. All required supporting documents such as delivery receipt, digital pictures and description of damage(s) must be received within 3 days via fax or email. Failure to do so may cause your claim to be denied by the trucking company and you will have to pay for the replacement parts. Please save all original packaging material in case the shipping company exercises their right for inspection. Our trained and experienced customer service representatives are available to assist and resolve any shipping claims based on your complete supporting documents.

2)     If you believe that the vehicle has more than just cosmetic damages and is totally destroyed during transit, you must take pictures of damages and call us immediately to confirm the fact with us before you decide to refuse delivery. Otherwise you will be responsible for return shipping costs plus a 30% restocking fee and/or all costs of shipping out a new vehicle. If you refuse delivery due to damage and is returned to us for a replacement vehicle, upon inspection at the shipper and the damages are purely cosmetic and no structural or mechanical damages are found, the vehicle will be repaired and shipped back to you at your expense. Any refunds on non-repairable or lost vehicles will be refunded once the claim is settled.

Any charge back on payment will be subject to a $75.00 charge back fee, interest, and attorney and court fees. Buyers fully accept all responsibilities in regards to any financial or time loss, which may occur due to this transaction.
