Shipping costs are calculated figuring all our costs associated to deliver for you this product safely and in a timely manner. It is a little more complicated than just going to the shipping companies website and getting a quote. They do not count on all of the costs of doing business. If you take our product price and add it to the shipping price you will find that you are getting an excellent deal.

We do not use and will not use 3rd party shipping account.

• Shipping for other than 48 States: Please email for quotes to Alaska, Hawaii, VI, Canada or Puerto Rico AFO, AEO and APO, as they will be higher (email us at stop_nbuy@yahoo.com
• Shipping Carrier:  Our carriers include  United Parcel Service (UPS), U.S. Postal Service (USPS), and (FEDEX). We primarily use USPS and UPS for all shipments. We reserve the right to use whomever we desire. We assure you we will use the most efficient shipper for your order depending on where you are located.   
• We are happy to get your item to the post office within 24-48 hours after your payment has cleared. We ship products using USPS/UPS/Fedex.

  Shipping Upgrading:  You can upgrade the shipment mode if you want. Just email us at stop_nbuy@yahoo.com and we will gladly quote you the price of the upgrade. 

• Combine Shipping If you buy 2 or more products we can combine shipping please email if your buying multiple items so that you could get the shipping discount. 
• Local Pick-up: We don't have available at this time.
• Tracking Information: Tracking information will be emailed once your item has shipped.
• Misplace: We are NOT responsible for any loss or damage due to packages left at your doorstep by shipping carrier, drivers, or receive by another person at your address.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

1. We will gladly ship to international locations. We accept the payment through Paypal. Buyer is responsible for all duties, customs and brokerage fees. Please do not ask us to make orders as Gift as this is against the law and we are unable to do this.

2. We are happy to get your item to the post office within 3-5 days after your payment has cleared. We ship products using USPS EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL/USPS PRIORITY  MAIL INTERNATIONAL /FIRST CLASS MAIL INTERNATIONAL depend on the size of package, therefore International shipping can take 10 to 30 days for your item to be delivered. Please, be aware of your local customs office for details on how you can claim items if your package has been delayed longer than 15 days above normal delivery time. We claim the value of the package by the ending item price. We are sorry, but we cannot claim your item as a gift to avoid customs fees.

NOTE:  20 DAYS RETURN POLICY IS ONLY FOR USA CUSTOMERS. 

• If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return your un-opened item within 20 days for a full refund of the original purchase price. Shipping can not be refunded.

• NOTE: OPENED AND / OR UNSEALED DVDs, CDs AND CARTOGRAPHY ARE NOT RETURNABLE. SPECIAL ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED.

• We will exchange any items if defective within 20 days from the date of delivery. After 20 days from the date of delivery all units requiring Services, either Warranty of otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate Manufacturer.

• Remanufacture items may not be returned. Units requiring Service, either warranty of otherwise should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.

• Return merchandise authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. No returns shall be accepted without RMA number.

• To obtain a RMA number, please send an email to stop_nbuy@yahoo.com and be sure to provide the reason for return. The return is in the original box with all packaging material, manuals, and all else that came with it. You will be charged for any missing contents and is saleable condition. All shipping expenses to be borne by the buyer.
