Well, it looks NOS to me.  There is some gasket residue on the lower towershaft surface but otherwise the head appears to never have been installed.  Valve seats have never been cut, guide bores look pristine, no wear marks to the exhaust nut area.

Intake port is 26mm +/-.  Other than what's shown, the head is bare.
