***UP FOR AUCTION*** You are bidding on a long ago manufactured, "NEW OLD STOCK," "NEW IN BOX," HOLLEY brand, 2 barrel carburetor # 1-264. That is the number stamped on the factory box. According to my old catalogs and several online sites, this carburetor applies to 1973-1974 CHEVROLET vehicles equipped with 350 and 400 c.i.d. V8 engines. This is a Holley brand "aftermarket replacement" to the original ROCHESTER 2 barrel carburetor. THIS IS A RARE FIND AND PERHAPS A GREAT RESTORATION PIECE FOR THAT '73 "Chevelle" 350. I do think that this carburetor can be used on other year and displacement GM V8 engines with 2 barrel carburetors. There are still many of these classic engines in service and this is a N.O.S. carb at a bargain price. So revive that 400 c.i. "CAMARO RS" with a "NEW" carburetor. It has never had gasoline in it and has been sitting in packaged storage for over 30 years. AND fortunately, because of being stored in a CLIMATE-CONTROLLED warehouse, this piece is in a GOOD condition...It does exhibit some oxidation, tarnish, rust and dust. Please study photos for general overall condition of this item. You will receive what is shown in the photos. This part is old stock from an auto parts warehouse. You or a carburetor repair specialist MAY need to clean and refurbish it a bit...AGAIN, it was manufactured over 30 years ago and has been sitting in storage ever since..."common sense"...it may need to be freshened-up! THERE IS NO GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY and THERE IS NO RETURN. Please use the below photos as a guide and do some "CAREFUL" research on your own.
