  This is a NP-241 Transfer case for a drivers side front drive shaft, with 27 teeth on the Female input spline. This case will mate up with the 700R4 Automatic Transmissions...WITH THE PROPER ADAPTER-Not Included. It came out of a 1989 Half Ton K1500 pick-up, and was yard tested. Our Stock # 080022 or 090008
