This is a NP241 Transfer case for a drivers side front drive shaft, with the 32 Tooth Female input spline. This case will mate up with a Getrag 5 speed Transmission, this is the MG5 Options code in your glove box. It came out of a 1995 1/2 Ton K1500 pick-up with only 126K miles and was yard tested. Our Stock # 090114
