Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. There is a $1.75 shipping fee added onto your shipping cost. This fee is what it costs me in materials and gas to ship your package.

Items can be picked up at our store’s location or it will be shipped to you with Standard UPS rates. USPS is available upon request.

Palatalized shipments will be charged a handling fee ($35-$60 depending on size).

All items usually ship same day you pay or the next business day. Items do not ship on weekends. Some freight shipments might take 2-5 business days to ship.

All items are sold with no warranty unless otherwise expressed in the item description.

You may return an unwanted item within 7 days of receipt with a 25% restocking fee. Any tags, or instructions must be included. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

If there is a mistake or problem with the item you purchased and it is our error, you can return the item within 7 days and we will give a full refund of purchase price and shipping. If we disclose a fault in the above description, and that same fault is your complaint, you can still return your item but you will be charged a 25% restocking fee and you will pay for shipping to and from.

No refund due to sizing. I will help as much as possible to help you determine whether this item is the correct size, all you have to do is ask for measurements or anything that can help determine the accurate size. Some of our items are brand name and the brands will have their own sizing charts. Please contact me with any questions.
