My Policies:

All items will be shipped UPS ground or surface international unless otherwise specified. Any items marked as "free shipping" will ship to the lower 48 states via ups, fed ex, or USPS ground only. We will ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and worldwide but extra shipping charges may apply. We do offer shipping from Fed ex and USPS as well if it is preferred. Most items will ship within 3 business days of receipt of the order.  **Most items will ship within 3 business days of receipt of the order.  We're open Moday thru Friday, 9am-6pm Eastern Standard Time.  If you choose USPS shipping, it might take a little longer to get your item out because we do USPS a few days a week, where we do UPS Monday-Friday.

Returns are accepted for 30 days from the date of purchase. All returns must be pre-approved and may be subject to a fee. When a package is received damaged, the carrier needs to be notified ASAP. Any item shipped back to us damaged or scratched in installation will not be accepted.

Exchanges: Items are not subject to a restock & may be exchanged for any product of equal value.

Returns for Refund: All returns must be in the original package in "new" condition & are subject to a 20% restock fee.
