USA Winners:

Shipping charge includes packaging and insurance to anywhere in the continental sates. Hawaii & Alaska by Air Only. We will need to give you a shipping quote. Please provide us with your zip code upon checking out and we'll contact you with the appropriate information.  Please note that we ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week.

INTERNATIONAL Winners:

We will need to give you a shipping quote after the auction ends. Please utilize Ebay's Checkout feature and provide us with your shipping information. We will get back to you promptly with the appropriate shipping costs for your product. If you would like to get a quote ahead of time, please e-mail us.

Please be advised that our standard carrier for international shipments is UPS . Please do not ask for a quote from other carriers.

NOTES:

1) Upon clearing the payment, we send out items every Tuesday and Thursday. Please allow us extra time for weekends and holidays.

2) If you are in a military base or Puerto Rico , we need to give you a shipping quote before you submit your final payment. Follow the same steps as international.

3) Please note that we require a physical shipping address, as UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box.

Local Pickups:

Local Pickups are welcome. In order for us to waive the shipping fees, you need to complete the checkout process and alert us that you will be picking the product up in person.

If you are tax exempt, please bring a copy of your documentation with you for our records.

Terms & Conditions:

1) Buyer must checkout and complete the transaction within 7 days from the end of the auction or Store purchase. A formal reminder will be sent through ebay if this date is passed and if still no payment made, a NPB Warning (Non-Paying Bidder Warning) will be filed 10 days after the reminder

2) Positive feedback will be issued upon receiving positive feedback from buyers. Please remember to post positive feedback upon completion of the transaction.

3) We try to be as explicit and descriptive with the pictures that we take of the auctioned items. If something does not appear in the imagery, please assume that it does not come with it. You may feel free to inquire however.

Return Policies:

1) All of our products are covered by a 30 Day DOA warranty unless otherwise noted on the description. The 30 days is from the date of delivery. Please e -mail us BEFORE you send your return to make us aware of the situation. Once return authorizationhas been granted, be sure to include a description of the problem, your contact information, and the ebay item number with the return package.

2) Please allow 2 weeks to test the returned merchandise. If the item is DOA, we will replace it at no cost to the buyer. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility . If our tests confirm the item's working functionality, refund will not be issued and buyer pays for returning the merchandise.

3) Items advertised and sold with AS IS condition are not covered by any of our warranties and return policies. Credits will not be issued in such cases.
